Service and Repair
Service and repairs. I took my car in for a pre arranged repair and service. The amont of the repair was mis quoted more than three times and was brushed off by the comment that the insurance would pay it. What should have been a simple warranty service took an entire week for no reason. Lastly, I asked several times if my settings had been restored. I was told that they were. When I got my car the safety settings were turned off and the GPS addresses were erased. Although the employees involved were very nice, the experience was very frustrating.

Oil change took over two hours even with an appointment! Need to schedule better.

Poor Service :(
Brought my car in for an oil change was told that the prices changed at the beginning of the year. Oil change was $152.00, at that point I should have said never mind and left. I asked to speak to the service manager and was directed to Wahid - Managing Partner. He said that they didn't make money off of oil changes and that's why the prices were doubled. Wahid also said that he new that he was going to lose customers, at that point I told him he just lost another. I won't be back to have any service done on my car at this dealership.
