I'm always satisfied with the excellent customer service provided by Gary Layton. He is extremely attentive to customer needs, happy, and very knowledgeable. He always ensures that I get the recommended service for my vehicle and lets me know when I'm due for recommended service for my vehicle. He thoroughly explains the type of service that I'm getting during my visit.

I bought a vehicle from McClarty Nissan of North Little Rock. I purchased extended warranties; however, you can call the service department for DAYS and no one answers the phone. No service after your purchasing deal!

Great service from start to finish.

Great service from start to finish. We did most every online, text, and phone. Our salesman got with us very quickly and worked the deal. We drove in and signed the papers. A++++++

Everyone was very helpful and understood we didn’t want

Everyone was very helpful and understood we didn’t want to waste time sitting around at the dealership. The majority of the process happened before we got to the dealership. This is the third vehicle I have bought from this dealership, and I will continue going to them in the future.

Mike & Andrew were great.

Mike & Andrew were great. Didn't like finance man being pushy on buying expensive warranty that we didn't want or need. Started making my husband angry. We came to buy a car not to be sold one. We didn't come to buy a warranty, if we had wanted it we would have requested it. We didn't need to be pushed beyond what the budget we set even though he kept trying to force it way beyond that.
