Employees were friendly and helpful. The wait time was reasonable and I was quite satisfied.

James in internet sales was very responsive and professional. He made sure the car was actually there before we drove down to see it. No high pressure sales, very easy buying experience. Finance was quick. Fastest we’ve ever purchased a car.

Ms Renaye is always there to help she's wonderful!!! Being that today was her birthday she's a very hard devoted worker and we appreciate her warm familiar smile when we come to Nissan

I had an appointment made by the one of the sales manager and a sales person to test drive a NISSAN for a purchase, and I offered 60% cash down payment. I was encouraged to test drive the vehicle with assurance that it will be there today Monday October/11. I was received with a very cold welcome by the sales person whom I had appointment with (he had other customers???? so he said). So finally Another sales consultant helped me to test drive, unfortunately the car was sold to someone else while I inside. It is time to stop blaming bad human behavior on COVID-19 and lack of new cars in the lot. Please remember this is all going to end and life will be back to normal; cars will be bought and sold. I hope the sales manager or managers read this review and suggest some civilized behavior modification to their staff. I would like to offer my appreciation only to one person in that dealership to Mr. Mahairi which I would have bought the car from; had it was not sold while I was getting ready for the paper work. he has promised to notify me when the car that I want get there.

Utomi, floor manager, was excellent at exploring the possibilities as far as inventory, trade-in and financing. He was a pleasure to work with and we were both genuinely happy to find the car and work the deal. Jason in finance was also great at explaining the paper work and efficiently getting it all done. Felt no pressure from either to make certain choices. They presented options and went with my decisions. This is my fifth purchase from McLarty Nissan so I obviously would recommend this dealership!
