Took my 2016 ram that I purchased new there.

Took my 2016 ram that I purchased new there. I purchased the lifetime warranty at that time. Service was scheduled for 1:00 pm. At 2:10 I went to check if it was finished. It has never moved! The service writer said he would get someone on it. I told him to forget it and left. I might take it elsewhere and pay extra. When I pulled out there was 2 service people standing outside smoking.

Seriously the worst place I have been.

Seriously the worst place I have been. The buying of the vehicle process is easy to make the sale but after that good god dam luck getting anything fixed. Oil changes regularly ha DO NOT DO IT. My new vehicle has leaked since the day I bought it and it was made to be my fault and my problem. I was literally told it was out of there hands. Sure buy your new ride here but do not put the money out for warranty because they will try everything to not fix it right.

Wrong delivery to no delivery to delivered everywh

One vehicle was delivered without the accessories yet we were billed for them . Another vehicle was delivered to wrong location then not delivered to correct location and then sent back to first wrong location and then driven around multiple states and still waiting for our truck to be delivered we are approaching day 3 and no compensation or consideration has been offered. No loaner nothing not sure what we have to do.

If I could leave a 0 for review I would. The service department customer service is horrible not to mention the service they provide is crap as well. I have had nothing but issues everytime I take my truck to them. If had somewhere else to take my truck believe me I would.

Salesperson Saved My Day!

Cole our sales person was excellent! He went the extra mile to make buying a car a good experience and to get me a car I'd like. We had some electric trouble with the first car which I was ready to buy. Then he searched the lot for a hard to find car I had seen on-line. This was after a horrible experience earlier in the day at Dave Smith Nissan, so Cole saved my day and my attitude toward car dealers. I drove 130 miles to buy a car and wanted to drive one home, so his extra caring made a huge difference.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I turned back in the vehicle after they refused to give me title and licensing paperwork in a timely fashion just to find out that they submitted licensing paperwork electronically the day that I had turned the vehicle back into them and they accepted payment through my creditor without processing paperwork.

Bought a new Vehicle

Inappropriate sales tactics

On Thursday, Dec 2nd my father in law, a 100% disabled veteran with limited hearing, limited memory skills, and multiple mental health concerns went into Lithia Jeep Dodge in Spokane on Newport Highway (10701 N. Newport Highway Spokane, WA 99218) because he received a post card in the US Mail that was like a lottery scratch off ticket and he believed he had won $2000 when he scratched off the spots. It was a sales gimmick to lure people into the dealership. When he arrived they said look at the fine print - you have to spin the cage/wheel and he won $5. But, while you’re here, would you like to test drive a car. He went out with a salesman and drove a car. When he came back, they had already pulled up his credit stuff, his loan on his truck, etc and they started paperwork on a loan from a credit union for a vehicle. He told them he couldn’t afford the first one, then they worked up a second one and he said no. So, in an effort at high pressure sales and with no regard for his fiscal situation or mental health, they worked up the third one and he ended up purchasing a used car for over $29,000 plus tax and fees. He couldn’t hear them very well, or understand most of what he was being told because he wears hearing aids and wasn’t wearing them. He signed everything anyway. He went back on Saturday, December 4th to try to get them to reverse the sale and the dealership says he was just having a problem with the wind shield, so they said they would fix it for free and he went away. He went back in with someone to assist him on Monday, December 6th and she tried to lobby them to reverse the sale as well and they said he just needed training on how to work all the technology in the vehicle and he got an hour of instruction and left again. I drove two hours to Spokane and attempted to convince the dealership to reverse the sale or at least make it right for this poor elderly man and was met with stiff resistance, utter contempt for my point of view, and zero movement on their part. This dealership used the US Postal service to trick and lure a vulnerable, elderly, mentally incapacitated veteran into their dealership and then plied him with high pressure sales tactics.

Stay away or be careful

They are trying to make right some of the things that went wrong with selling a used car that had just been traded in. The de a great detail on the interior and exterior. They fixed some of the issues and they are working with me. Sadly, it doesn't change the fact that I got a letter from one of the banks that declined giving me a loan. The reasoning was that the $50,000 truck that I financed through the other bank is only worth $37,250. The manager is awesome and working with me. My mistake for not looking at the details better. I still feel used and taken advantage of. They are trying to make right some of the things that went wrong with selling a used car that had just been traded in.
