Approximately 1 year ago I took my truck in for some warranty issues. I had a check light for my trailer plug in. Also my trailer plug receiver was loose. When I purchased my truck, I purchased the most robust warranty Dodge offered. I was notified by #Lithiia Chrysler dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Spokane# that my trailer harness was damaged by an "outside issue" (water damage). The service staff asked if I had purchased an aftermarket harness. I had not. I had purchased a factory installed harness. #Lithiia Chrysler dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Spokane# service department said that since it was damaged by an outside issue, that in their experience it would not be covered by warranty. I requested that they run it past dodge, but the service rep refused, saying they wouldn't cover it. I declined the thousand plus dollar charge for them to replace the harness and picked up my truck. Issue number two, they supposedly "repaired" my trailer plug in. But not before telling me that to truly fix it, I would have to replace my entire rear bumper and it would again cost thousands of dollars. They claimed they replace a "clip" on the plug and "hopefully "that will hold it. That plug lasted until I drove home and my plug hung loose again. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with their competency or service. For all this, they charged me a 250$ diagnosis fee. I took my truck over to Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Post Falls. I explained the problem and that Lithiia Chrysler dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Spokane had supposedly diagnosed/fixed and asked if they agree with the diagnosis. Findlay took my truck in, replaced a fuse. Replaced and fixed my trailer plug (minus the complete replacement of my bumper) and I just hauled my RV to Arizona and back without any issue. Then they fixed the harness problem all under warranty. When I called and complained about the 250$ I was charged at #Lithiia Chrysler dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Spokane# for a "diagnosis" fee, they said they would get back with me and run it by their leadership. Long story short, I spent the better part of a year calling and getting lied to that someone would promptly call me back with an answer. I say lie, because when you routinely promise someone a response, then totally ignore them and keep making up excuses, I find it very dishonest. But if you own them money, they sure get a hold of you in a hurry. So here's my review of #Lithiia Chrysler dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Spokane#. 1. They are incompetent with their diagnosis. 2. They won't even call dodge to explore if there is a warranty issue that will be under warranty. They just tell you based on their experience, it will not be warrantied. 3. Their supposed fix and suggestion to replace an entire bumper for a clip is difficult to comprehend. Hopefully this helps. Save yourself time, money, headaches and drive over to Findlay and get some competent, prompt and excellent service.

Lithia always takes good care of my 2020 Chrysler
Lithia always takes good care of my 2020 Chrysler Voyager. My engine produced metal contamination that ruined my engine at 60,000 miles. Service manager Yuriy Papush help me get a factory new replacement engine thru Chrysler Care for a fair price. I just had a catalytic converter replacement at a fair price this last week. I have come to trust Lithia dealership for my service needs.

Called to schedule a appointment for a recall for my ram pickup. They took my phone number and never called back. So I called again and got a computer voice said I needed to set up an account so I hung up. I would not recommend this dealer

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. Made my wife cry,and in top of that she had to miss work because she could not register her vehicle. Don't buy from them. The G.M is very aggressive towards anyone who questions how their registration prosses work from another state.

We had some confusion on where my new Grand Cherokee
We had some confusion on where my new Grand Cherokee Limited was supposed to be treated at but we resolved the situation. I wish something would have been offered for all the confusion and time I spent getting the situation satisfied and the run around about where to get my Grand Cherokee taken care.
