this is the second jeep in three years we have bought from this company. My son purchased a Jeep a week before I did from the same company. Exrremely awesome company that knows the cars. THe finance officer was very friendly and knowledgable. would recommend this place to everyone

Excellent experience.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience. We will come here to buy our next truck! This is a very helpful friendly place.

Car was in shop for 10.5 weeks total

The GM, Randy Price, could care less. Sent him a letter in mail asking for response regarding my experience. I have never heard back. Communication is horrid. My car was left in parking lot for 8 days one of the times without anyone looking at it. I understand problems aren’t always easy to diagnose but it boils down to awful customer service. Phones don’t get answered, calls and texts aren’t returned, no willingness to help if not their commission.

Worst service ever

Had to take my Jeep back in multiple times for same issue. It was in shop for over ten weeks. Checked it in once and it sat in parking lot for 8 days until I called for progress report. No one had checked it in. Phone rarely answered or transferred to voice mail. Return calls were impossible. Last repair took five weeks. I called the general manager to voice my dissatisfaction and he let his service dept manager call me back even though he was the reason I was calling. Wrote him a letter in May and have never heard back. They could care less but I do. Don’t go to lithia in Spokane!!!

Ram1500

Steve Wilson our salesperson was cordial, knowledgeable and thorough. He followed up several times to see if he could be of assistance. Can't ask for more than that.

not too pushy which was nice, whom is not pushy, very nice..

This was a good trip to the Dodge store, not to pushy which was great, The guys were very nice, and was thoughtful of my husbands need has he has a fake leg. They took what his needs, were with my husbands must haves. and were open to our thought's, and if you now me I am bold, and will tell you just how it is and will be. they said I was tuff, but made us happy. with the great car my husband picked out.. thank you for not screwing over. too much...lol. up front and to the point. However the detail of the car being clean due to the construction behind the dealership, DETAILS are important , the car was delivered to us not so clean. that was not a good clean new car dust everywhere.

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Spokane

Linda was very helpful and always available. Your prices could be reduced - at least for diagnostics: the charge should be PER HOUR - not a flat rate. I don't know if I would recommend you to a friend since I don't know what the quality of your work is.
