WARNING: incompetent and they don't care!
WARNING: incompetent and they don't care! About two months ago I bought a new truck from this dealer. Easiest sale ever for them - I had researched them online, knew what I wanted, didn't haggle on the price, just picked it out and bought it. I should have looked at these reviews first and saw how they treat their customers (they don't even address the Yelp comments). I decided to finance it, so they gave me a sheet with loan rates on it and had me select my terms (months/ amount down). The sales person went away and got the paperwork started. When I got into closing, the finance manager had changed (increased) the rate and didn't point it out. The crazy thing is that he increased the number of months from what I requested, which increased the rate. This didn't even benefit the dealer, it just screwed me over! When I noticed it (after signing the papers), I asked him to change it and he said it would be too much effort to redo the paperwork (and save me $800). I tried to reach the GM, but he wouldn't respond to VM or email.

Horrific experience.
Made me feel as though they worked hard to get me numbers, and I HAD to make a purchase. Made me extremelyuncomfortable borderline harassment. I will never step foot into a dealership again without a man being present. Completely tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a female

Over all stellar experience. Jonathan was a great help in all ways. And except for the cost of vehicles in general (which everybody charges) I will definitely shop at Lithia again. Thanks for a seamless and fun experience.
