Excellent service

Noel was very helpful and prompt. He explained all of the options that were available to me . Very courteous. I had a very positive experience shopping for my new Jeep Rubicon . I will recommend this dealership.

People are very personable

Took a while to schedule, but once I was there it went great. Hard to get a hold of service. James the salesman actually helped me when I picked up explained the work that was done in a way I understood.

Relaxed

Staff were relaxed and friendly. I did by, but didn't feel the award pressure you get at most places. Facilities and vehicles were clean and the environment was completely professional.

Humiliated yelled at and was called names

First Natasha I want to say I truly love my dodge charger. Please see my google review. I have owned many many cars and even a 2014 camaro. And I love the dodge more than any of the others by far. Unfortunately I saddened by how I was treated at lithia chrysler jeep ram dodge spokanes on north newport highway in spokane, wa. The service representative Brian made my visit a nightmare, he yelled at my brother, quoted me 100 dollars cheaper than what the actual cost was. Then after paying to get a new key cut and programmed my car wouldnt even start. Then Brian lied to me and said he started it but when I talked to the other mechanics they stated they never got it to actually fire up. My brother expressed his concern with Brian, and Brian then yelled at him made rude comments and made it a point to tell my brother Jerry he (Brian) had been working 6 days and he aint putting up with this shi*. I went home that day with no car no answers and no one to even get an explanation from. I waited 2 days to come back I wanted to give time for them th cool down. I went back 3 days later and Brian agreed to have my car looked at to make sure the key wasnt the problem at no charge Brian even stated this. 3 days after that I called to see what was going on and Brian got on the phone and said my ignition was out. I told Brian thats not possible . Brian said a new ignition was starting at 250 dollars. I was more upset because i knew the ignition did not need to be replaced. I know my car plus Im a mechanic. Brian said i could come get my car. So i did the next day and they tried to charge me 150 dollars to diagnose my car. That still wouldnt start and I even informed them theyre diognoses was incorrect. Rob johnson got e on the phone because i couldnt pay the 150. Rob told me how terrible of a person I was and he didnt like me and xxxx never work on my car again.He called me a punk. Lithia Dodge I am humiliated and feel like I visited a gypsy carlot was scammed cheated and humiliated.

oil change

Good dealership, good prices in oil change. check all recalls etc. only complaint took 1.5 hours with appointment

Easy to do business

Walked in, met by Jeremy, told him what we wanted, he gave us his suggestion's which were right on. No high pressure, was able to locate the truck that would work best for us, very happy with our decision!

Impressed

I've worked with Julie multiple times in the service department. She usually gets to me immediately, prepares me for the worst case scenario, and gives a timeline to expect. This past time, the vehicle was ready three days before I'd planned for it to be ready! Also, everything was covered by warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket!
