Theresa reason, I’ve been a repeat customer of Kane, and Chevy of Everett. The ease of the purchasing a new vehicle. Actually, today Kane sold 2 to my son and I. I’d come back and buy another from them!

The male that does the check in always treats us

The male that does the check in always treats us differently than other customers. Not polite at all, seems always too busy for us but when other customers walk in he seems to go above and beyond for them. Not sure if it’s our ethnicity or he just plain doesn’t like us but we haven’t had an interaction where he was actually helpful and polite to us.

Kane was awesome. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was very caring and tried to meet all of what I was looking for. He really took into consideration my likes, dislikes, and also where I financially stood. He made sure I got the absolute best car possible for my lifestyle I am so grateful I had him by my side while I was looking for my new car 10/10 would recommend him!

Very poor service, lack of communication, employee poor

Very poor service, lack of communication, employee poor attitude, no customer service. Took a week to get inspected with no effort to resolve.

I am sending an additional response to give you more details for your follow up. The service tech assigned to me was Stanley and the name of the person who answered the phone when I called was CJ. Stanley was never available by phone though I called numerous times at various times. CJ would say she would give him the message to call me and in the 2 weeks he had the car, I received only 2 brief messages back as VM, neither of which answered my questions. It had taken a whole week to pass before the car was even pulled in for inspection and service. I was told they did not have a PO number or billing party or phone number, that these caused the delay. But that isn't accurate. I left my name and number, the name of my employer (this is a company car), the PO number - everything they would need to proceed. This car has a history at this dealer so they have record of past visits, billing party, contacts, etc. There was no valid excuse for waiting a week to even look at the car. But even after they looked at the car, communication was almost nonexistent. Stanley was unreachable and no one was giving me a call back or an update. All I could do was leave messages that went unanswered. Though this is a company car, I am the driver. Only I would know the car issues and be the person to contact to get approvals for work or discuss finding. Our corporate fleet manager also had the same complaint of poor communication, lack of response. There was no sense of urgency at all, causing us to pay for a rental car far longer than was necessary. In the end, this was the worst dealer experience I have had with either a company or personal car.

The dealer response is insufficient. I am the driver of this car. When I called to make the appointment for the tow drop off, I gave my name, phone number, employer (also serves as fleet manager) and PO. This car has history at this dealer location as well. Therefore, there should have been no delay in getting the car in for service, the purpose of having an appointment. Yes, the ONE phone call I had with Stanley was challenging because the aforementioned information was either not passed onto him or not noted at all. This is where the issue began. And I had no idea of delays because no one called me. It took me calling them after waiting for an update that never came. The process for check in on a tow is unsatisfactory. Due to this experience, I have informed my employer to avoid this dealer if we have other options. As a result, I am taking the car to another service provider for brakes, rotors and flush. The dealer did not earn our business. No further communication is required or expected. I don't want to spend more time repeating myself.
