Honestly

The best dealership ever, Andy was very helpful, friendly, honest and courteous. They have really good prices and nice vehicles. I am going back definitely.

Great, honest saleman

I had a great experience working with Oscar during my car purchase. Oscar was very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about the cars I inquired about. I would definitely recommend ALM and Oscar to all my family and friends. Thanks Oscar!

10/10 would recommend

My experience with Andy was amazing. I knew exactly what type of car I wanted going into the dealership, and my past experience with other dealerships that same weekend didn't even begin to compare. Andy was so patient with me as I had him running keys for various cars back and forth, even when it was raining all weekend. He's a wonderful person to work through this typically very stressful decision and buying process, and I appreciate what a kind approach he took. He had just gotten back from being away for 3 weeks, and he didn't miss a beat the entire time. I would highly recommend working with Andy when you go to ALM Kennesaw because he is such a gentleman and just an all around great person.

Excellent to work with

This is the 2nd time I have worked with ALM-Kennesaw. They were great the 1st time around, not pushy, very helpful, and educated my Wife and I on a couple of cars we were looking at to narrow it down to the one. I worked with Oscar Bryant this time around and he was just as wonderful. He knew so much about the Acura we were looking at. He pointed features out, educated how the tech & gadgets worked, and taught us a lot during the test-drive. Again, he was not pushy at all, so easy to work with, and we settled on a fair price for both of us on the purchase of my new Acura. Overall Oscar and ALM-Kennesaw was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful, fun, and went above and beyond.

A Bumpy Process, but Jim was AMAZING!

I bought a used Chevy Sonic at ALM Kennesaw. It caught my eye initially because it had a very fair market price and is in good condition. My experience with the salesman, Jim Scarborough, was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, honest, and informative. I'll start with the few criticisms: The bumps started when they seem to have lost part of my paperwork. I only complain about this to a small extent though, because it enabled me to resign without the extended warranty, which I got talked into the first time around. There was also a small issue with the skirting around the front of the car when it was initially delivered to me, which required it to be taken back to Kennesaw and then delivered a second time. However, on the positive end--they took care of the repairs and replacement of two parts entirely. Jim made sure to call and contact me almost every day so I would know what was going on. He also personally took care of each issue I encountered, including being the one to personally deliver the car twice. Though it wasn't a perfect experience, I would work with Jim again any day. He helped make the often frustrating car-buying experience much much more smooth.

Oscar provided 5 Star device for F150 in Austin!

Oscar helped me purchase a F 150 sight unseen for our 18 Who just graduated from Marine Military Academy. The process was easy and Oscar communicated offer, clearly and generally made the process very positive. Thanks!

Some Bumps But Still Recommended

Plenty of cars in stock from which to choose. Treated like respect by a true gentleman named Andy Overall, a great experience. Would visit again.

Disappointed

I was very let down with ALM. I paid cash for the full price of my Dodge Ram 2016 Rebel. My salesman gave me the vehicle on EMPTY and it was not detailed. I called when I was on the way there and he told me he was getting my truck detailed and was about to fill up the tank. I expected a quality experience since I paid straight out and it's LUXERY MOTORS. No gas, no detail, no 2nd key, no manual, no mats.....No reason to return or recommend this place. Almost regretting it.

What a Great Customer Service experience with Mr.DeAndre O.
