Service Center is good. Staff are good. But spares for vehicles need to be kept in the store which reduce service time and fast pickup. Providing two way ride is appreciated. As good gesture cleaning car before delivery is more wanted.

Gervais is always very thorough and they fix anything for free (except parts) if something happens related to any work they do. The service team doesn't pressure you to do unnecessary work. If it's something that can wait they give you the option without argument. Great location but more customer parking would be nice.
