Awesome Guy and Awesome Customer Service

My old car blew a head gasket and I had a limited amount of money to spend for Deposit. Nicolas was very helpful and straight with his responses. He only has a few cars at a time on his lot, he seems very selective of the cars he buys for resale. He does not finance cars here, but Nicolas was able to wiggle numbers on one of the cars I liked, and managed to get the numbers just right for my Credit Union to approve and fit my deposit money. He stayed late on a weekend, and even offered rides to and from his dealership to facilitate the sale, since I had no vehicle. After the sale, he helped me beyond his role in selling my broken car. He didn't have to do that! My old car was NOT his problem. Anyone who says this guy is not nice or was rude, either walked up with an attitude, so they got it back, or they are a troll from another car lot. To be fair...in the off-chance Nicolas WAS actually rude to someone, believe me, that was an exception...not a rule with this guy.

Great Place to Buy

I originally saw the vehicle on Cars.com. I called to see if it was still available. Nicolas was able to answer my questions on the phone and when I arrived the car was clean and everything was as promised. Great easy buying experience.

Great service

I had a very good experience at Sunshine Motors. I originally saw a truck online that I thought would pull my boat. After meeting with Nick and looking at the truck we realized I needed something bigger. Nick didn't have a truck I needed but he found one for me! When he got it in it was everything he described and it is a perfect truck for my needs. Thank you Nick and Sunshine Motors.

Helpful and Respectful

I am a recently single mom that was worried about buying a car on my own. Nick made my stress go away. He was very polite and understanding. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but he helped me find the perfect car for my family and myself. Great place!

Very Efficient

Nicholas was very helpful. He answered my email immediately. When I arrived at the dealership he had the keys and history of the vechicle ready. After the test drive my paper work was done very quickly. He even had my permanent plate the next day. 2 weeks later I'm very happy with the car. I would do business with Sunshine Auto again.

Overpriced, unfriendly

The sales guy is arrogant and combative. Vehicles have a lot of rust, dirt and cobwebs on them. He could not provide any vehicle history, except to say how great the vehicles are.

I am sorry you feel this way, I only have service records on vehicles that came with them, please understand that I was not the previous owner of any of the vehicles I have for sale, some of them have service records and some of them not. None of my vehicles have rust, I don't sell any vehicle that has rust, I avoid buying northern cars, you may have seen a bit of corrosion on the frame and that is normal on vehicles that are 10 or 12 years old, but I do not sell vehicles with rust. I will be glad to provide you with a free Carfax report on any of my vehicles and you'll see that none came from up north or the beach. Insulting and rude customer service!!

The owner literally refused to answer any of my questions in regards to a car I was interested in. This was his/her response to me, "I guess you won't be buying this Jeep from me, but it's ok with me! I don't answer stupid questions." I don't do business with personnel unwilling to treat those with respect.

The only question I didn't answer was the one where the customer wanted to know how long the vehicle was on the lot, I apologize for not answering in a more professional way, I just didn't think the content of the question was irrelevant, however, I should have been more respectful about the way I answered her. Seems like a straight shooter

I did not make a deal with this dealership, but I did reach out to him for information about a car I was interested in. He seemed to be a Very straight shooter and I really appreciated the time he spent with me. It seems like he's a straightforward guy. I would not hesitate to contact him about a car at his car lot again.
