I currently live in Nevada, and purchased a 2015 Audi A3 from this dealership. I decided to take care of my own financing and went to my credit union to get the approval on the car. With a co-signer I was approved for the full amount and given a cashiers check. I drove to the dealership (4 hour drive) and gave the dealership the check, as well as signing my half of the purchase contract. I was told I could not take the car off the lot without my co-signers signiture, which had to be hand signed and mailed. I could not bring her the contract, it has to be strictly mailed to and from the dealership. I was told I could take the car the next weekend, and to my surprise, the contract had not been recieved in the mail yet and I was not aloud to take MY car yet. I have driven 16+ hours in the past 2 weekends to purchase and pick up this car and now they tell me that I have to come yet again to pick it up on a later date....and hopefully they’ll let me take the car! The car that I am already making payments on, that I am required to have insurance on, but I can’t even take my own car off the lot because of lack of communication. This has been a very frustrating buying experience, and in my opinion unprofessional. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my salesman Travis has been helpful.

Wouldn’t release car to me after giving check.

Bad deal
I confirmed a car was available, agreed to buy the car and agreed to a deposit. Ask for paperwork and was told it would be sent to a notory near my house. The next morning they said it had just sold. Not good !

Great Dealership even though I didn't buy the car
Why would I write a review even though I didn't buy the car? Because the people at the Garff Audi dealership in Lehi Utah were awesome to work with. They were there for one purpose... to help me make the best decision for me. John was helpful. Will was most knowledgable, patient and professional throughout. Absolutely no pressure. We met 4 weeks ago, but I consider them both friends. Ultimately, I found a better fit for my needs (I bought a used BMW 428xi) so I wasn't able to give them my business. But I won't hesitate to contact them in the future. Great Group!!

Audi q5 Buying Experience with Wil
My wife and I have been looking at several small SUV brands to get a feel for what will fit our needs best. After shopping around, I was attracted to Audi's unique interior features which led me to the Lehi location. I was put in contact with Wil and he showed me the q5. From the minute I drove it, I loved everything about it! When we got back to the showroom, I sat down with Wil and we went over everything they have to offer. Wil was upfront and honest about everything the entire time. It was not shady or pushy in any way. Wil was able to work with us and one of the store managers, John, on getting us the best deal they could offer. We walked away with our brand new q5 feeling great about what we were getting. Thank you again for the quick and easy process of our getting our new car!

Great experience!
Was looking at a BMW X1. The salesperson was McCall and she was great. She came in early on a Saturday to meet with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very accommodating and made the process very easy and fast.

Lack Honesty & Integrity
Invested far too much time and energy trying to buy a car with this group only to come away empty handed. I lack the words to adequately describe the horrible experience which has just occurred. I worked remotely to purchase a car from this dealership, went through the entire process (multiple days), commit to the car, and we agree on a price, pending one small fix on their part. They take my credit card, we work through the financing options and provide them all of the documents they need to complete paperwork. I'm told they are overnighting the paperwork to be signed and that they will be shipping the car to me. Hours later, I receive a call from the store manager who informs me that he has sold the car to someone else. They stated that they did not run my credit card (because they were supposed to be repairing the sunroof) so therefore the downpayment was never processed and the car was not mine. You hope to work with people that have honesty and integrity, but that wasn't what I found here. I tried calling Rusty... No answer. Tried calling Andrew, the sales guy that I had been working with... No answer. No one had the respect to even return my phone call. I feel like 1 star is being too generous! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership.

Tamir was our sales person. He was very helpful through the entire process. We purchased the car through an over the phone process, which is hard in the first place, but Tamir Zorigt made the experience good. They had to trade a dealership in Colorado for the car we wanted, and they did it fast. When Tamir received the car he video chatted us and showed us the car from top to bottom. He has also been very helpful in explaining how to use the car. Thanks Tamir
