Good Selection of Vehicles. Good service

Dealt with Jimmy at the dealership. Was there to see a certain car, and upon arrival, was given a detailed inspection and keys to test drive the vehicle. Unfortunately, we did not leave the lot with the car we went in to see. Jimmy showed us multiple other vehicles, and we left with a good deal. Found some issues with the used car we purchased through the first couple weeks. Luxury Auto was very good at making sure these issues were resolved fast and properly. Highly recommend this dealership for used car shopping.

No masks, no service, and no respect.

I went to Luxury Auto Selection to test drive a vehicle. None of the staff were wearing masks or took any precautions for COVID-19, this includes the co-founder of the business, Robbie Abbas. He did not tell me anything about the vehicle before I drove it, and did not even offered to be in the car while I took the vehicle for a test drive. As I test drove the vehicle, I could tell there were multiple red flags - the car had to have been in an accident before. At a loss, I took the vehicle back to the dealership and told Robbie it just wasn't for me. Instead of taking me for my word, he persisted to ask why. I told him I wasn't interested in buying a car from them. He immediately took offense and asked if there was anything they did to make me not want to buy the car from them. I explained to him that no one wore a mask, wiped the car down, told me about the vehicle, or drove the car with me and I'd rather buy a car from the other dealerships that are taking those measures. Robbie instantly got defensive and started arguing with me. I literally had to put up my hand to interrupt him and say "you asked" so I could finally walk out of there. All of these details are very telling about this business, and the biggest insult to me was being argued with after I answered his questions. If anyone wants to feel safe during a pandemic, know about the vehicle they're driving and be treated with respect, this is NOT the dealership for you.

highly recommended

I found the car I was looking for at this dealership - used BMW 3 series manual transmission with low mileage. I travelled to the dealership from Grand Rapids, Michigan and found the car largely as described by Robbie on the phone. I gave Robbie an estimated arrival time the previous day and when I arrived the car was pulled up and ready for me to test-drive. Impressive! I couldn't believe how quickly Robbie took care of the paperwork, I had inspected the car, test-driven it and taken care of the paperwork well within 2 hours. It was all a very pleasant experience. On the way back to Michigan the car did not handle as it should at highway speeds so I took it to a garage here and they told me one of the rear shocks was broken and they would need to replace both rear shocks. I called Robbie and he agreed to send me a check for the cost of the repair. He was true to his word. I highly recommend Luxury Auto Selection and if I am in the market again for a genuine used German car or SUV I would definitely go to Robbie.

Looking for my dream car, Range Rover

Great sales team, easy going sale, nice rides

I recently bought a used LR4 from Robbie and Jamie at Luxury Auto Selection. From the minute we walked in it was the most relaxed, pressure free, car purchase I’ve experienced. Wayyyy better than the endless haggling and upsell after upsell that happens at a regular dealership. The selection of cars is impressive and overall the customer service was just great. I’d buy from these guys again for sure.

quick and painless

Very tight place to get into. But they only have the best cars available. Purchased a 2009 Audi S5 and it was well worth it. Quick and to the point was able to get out of there quickly.

Canadian Buyer

I drove down from Canada to pick up a 2004 corvette, they said it was immaculate and they were right! The car was excellent the guys were awesome to deal with and the whole experience was easy! I would 100% recommend buying from here!

As advertised

I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler sight unseen and had it shipped. It was the year, color, and options I was looking for so I just closed my eyes and went for it. Robbie Abbas was responsive to my questions and shipped the vehicle quickly. The Jeep was in the condition he said it was and that's clearly the most important thing. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the interior of the Jeep was pretty dirty, with sand in the carpet and trash stuffed in the back seat pockets. It was clearly not cleaned inside, only outside. Also, the title paperwork was slow to arrive and I barely (by 2 days) missed getting charged a late fee by the DMV.
