Brought a Range Rover 2017 March 13 car was in the shop

Brought a Range Rover 2017 March 13 car was in the shop March 23 ..I had problems every since so frustrating from putting an used engine in there the car leaking the tired was f^*% up just bad HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND I hate I made this decision hopefully I help the next person.#Matilda's dad

Ended up flying across the country to work with Robbie on...

Ended up flying across the country to work with Robbie on buying a GLA 45 AMG and it was a great experience from top to bottom. The staff there was kind and welcoming (despite flying in from across the country I felt incredibly welcome). The process was easy and, honestly, I'd recommend anyone buy from them.

Absolute Creeps, Please Beware!

I wanted to buy a car, until my girlfriend pulled me aside and said another salesman was offering her beer and liquor, and was asking personal questions. He then showed her a fridge full of beer in the back they had... what is wrong with these people.

Called on a Friday to make an appointment to test drive a...

Called on a Friday to make an appointment to test drive a S3 they had on the lot. Got there at 10 am on Saturday and left with my new car by 12:15. Probably would have been sooner if I could make my mind up quicker. This was honestly the lowest hassle, low pressure car purchase I've ever made. Everyone there was super nice and completely professional. Unfortunately I left a few items in my trade in and they were nice enough to tell me they would fed ex the items. Great customer service and care! Much appreciated guys and keep up the great work!

Would Not Trust This Dealership

My overall experience with this "independent dealership" would best be summed up in three words: lack of professionalism. I was looking to purchase a vehicle from Luxury Auto and had been in conversation with Robbie about a particular car for a few weeks. On December 28, we negotiated a price we were comfortable with and both verbally agreed on a deal (price also confirmed through text). He wasn't able to get as good of financing rates as I could get on my own, so I secured financing myself by end of day December 28. I finally got a hold of him the morning of December 29 (after he had ignored a few of my texts and calls), and he told me the car had been sold to another buyer. This other buyer supposedly "wired" him the money between December 28 and morning of December 29. Robbie told me this was just unfortunate and how the used car business goes. The way this process was handled definitely did not sit well with me; I personally would never work with a dealership that handles their business this way.

It is very common for used cars to get sold to a different client during the negotiation process, David had about 3 weeks to make a decision, David was informed on the day he decided to move forward that there were 2 other people interested in the same vehicle and was given a chance to put a deposit down to secure the vehicle but he chose not to. David also did not like the finance terms we offered & decided to pursue other options, another buyer wired the full balance on the same day, we regret the fact that we couldn't sell David a vehicle, at the same time we find the review to be very harsh & unreasonable. Wish David the very best of luck.

They sold a used Equinox with a bad catalytic converter which from what I understand is illegal. My daughter who only works part time at minimum wage job somehow qualified for a large loan. She had to find another job just to make the payments. After driving it off the lot, the engine light lit up. When it sat overnight, a pool of oil leaked from underneath it. Made several, upon several calls to the dealership and got no where. When we took it to a mechanic they said it needed a new engine, oil pump, converter, etc. just a list of items that needed repairs. Took the list to the dealership and they did replace the converter, but I'm sure that's because they had to, since it was illegal and she couldn't get a plate until it passed inspection. We are now trying with the loan company to take the car and that is a nightmare, so we have been stuck with this piece of junk that doesn't even run anymore. Overall complete fraudsters and just don't go near this place.

The large loan was for $6300, we offer a 154 day 500 mile warranty, client contacted us after warranty was way over on time & way more miles, we still replaced the catalytic converter, we also offered to assist with the cost of repairing the engine months later.

Good people and honest!

Robbie went the extra mile on my purchase appreciate the whole process, even though I needed an repair accomplish my vehicle I purchased they got it done right away and gave a loaner while it being repaired top notch guys !
