I was very impressed with Carl Burk's professional manner

I was very impressed with Carl Burk's professional manner and very knowledgeable handling and attention to my needs. He was very attentive and found me the perfect car equipped with all that I needed. The whole experience was absolutely phenomenal, surpassing all my expectations. He listened to my needs and answered all my concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend him to all my friends and family anytime. Thank you you, Carl. Outstanding job!!!

Salesman, Nick Russo was great, knowledgeable,

Salesman, Nick Russo was great, knowledgeable, professional and attentive, Sales manager, Don was also a good guy. What I didn't like was the attempted price gouge. They hit me with a monthly lease number that was $250 over their own advertised price. Had I not been an educated buyer I would have been "cracked" Cracked is a term dealers use when they over charge and maximize their commissions, bonuses, etc. So, buyer buyer beware, Be an educated consumer.

I have not had many good experiences in the past with the

I have not had many good experiences in the past with the service department at other dealerships. I have been looking for a dealership that not only cares about my vehicle but also cares about the customer. Temecula Valley Toyota made me feel like I was in the right place. My service advisor, Jorge Cruz, was absolutely great! He was knowledgeable about the work needing to be performed on my vehicle. However, the thing that impressed me the most is that my he was very friendly and respectful of my time. Top shelf customer service is hard to come by these days and Temecula Valley Toyota nailed it for me. I was impressed. I think that I found my new home for service. Thank you, Jorge.

Toyota Valley Temecula provided a great experience in the purchase of my new Toyota Camry. I was fortunate to encounter a highly skilled and very professional sales person Entela, that readily answered questions and provided information necessary for me as a buyer, to make a well informed assessment and purchase decision. I most highly recommend her as the best car sales person I have ever encountered in the purchase of new cars. The dealership provides a very clean, well organized venue to test drive various vehicles in a safe and professional environment.
