Make sure if your woman bring a Man with you you k

45 days of having my car I had to get it towed back to the dealership. It was the battery, and there was nothing they could do for me smh

Purchasing/ordering a new car

Outstanding sales service and follow-through from Sales Manager - Garrett Alford. The purchasing of a car on order was painless and efficient while knowledge of the process was exact. If an order is needed, highly recommend speaking with Garrett.

Satisfied Customer

Dutch Miller is an efficient, well managed and friendly Kia dealership and I had excellent service. They let me know how it was progressing as they serviced my car and couldn’t have been more cordial and of service to me and my car’s needs. I am a former teacher and school principal and I give them an A+.

Absolutely fantastic service. Terrific experience

DC is very attentative and listens to customers. He bends over backwards to assist any customer that comes in. He looks for exactly the vehicle you are looking for or recommends another based upon your desires and needs. I highly recommend this dealership and especially DC. He has assisted me and my family in purchasing 7 cars. All of them met the needs we had at that time. Love the Kia Hybrids: both the Niro and the Sorento. I get excellent mileage on both. Service department is phenomenal as well/\.

Dutch Miller The Killer Dealership

They sold me a lemon even after I told them about the issues (before I drove it off the lot) they explained that nothing was wrong with the car. I almost got into an accident.

Excellent service

I have been a customer at Dutch Miller since moving to Charlotte in 2008. They have always provided great service. RALPH CONDREY in the service department is especially superb.

Uncomfortable Customer

I am pleased with my new car. Very unhappy with how they handled the process. They were very pushy and really were trying to push me into a situation I was not comfortable. This is my second purchase from this dealership and unfortunately after today will be my last. These guys will lie and talk about the lord at the same time. It was a very uncomfortable situation. Ladies take a male with you or do not buy here just my opinion ....

Engineer

Leon was an amazing Sales Rep. He made a deal for the vehicle I wanted. He made the entire buying experience pleasurable. I've already recommended him to one of my closest friends.

Old, Dirty Dealership with Bad Sales Tactics

They tried their best to sell me a car well over the MSRP and would not match the price of the exact same car at another local dealer.

Terrible quality car with equally bad service

The incompetence of this dealership is scary. Where do I start? So, there was a recall on my car (well the 4th recall in this car since 2014) and I brought it in to have it inspected late 2019. Everything came back clear and I was relieved. The recall was so bad that I had 2 friends have the recall and they must replace the engine. Fast forward to two weeks ago. My engine blows up…surprise this dealer missed the recall in my car. After 2 days of no car, they get me a rental. 2 days later they get the replacement approved. I mention to them that over the years I have brought the car in (4 times) for a popping noise in the frontend. He says they looked at it and it is a tie rod and strut had gone bad. I mention that I have brought this car in several times and they said there is nothing in their system and that it would not be covered. They even gave me rental cars each time I brought it in. I even had them check the car out when they inspected it for the recall…no notes in the system. The old service manager that I worked with over the year (who was awesome) is no longer there. Kia is a terrible brand and this dealer does not help…
