I had no issues at all, very good experience. Our salesman Art was great from start to finish. He had all the paperwork ready to go so it made the entire process quick and efficient! Would use them again!!

The experience was seamless. The car was everything the advertisement claimed, great car at a better than fair price . Justin was my sales rep and did a great job making the experience fast and easy, he took the time to learn the audio system set up and some other key features .. I even took the car to a Mercedes dealership to have it checked out prior to purchase ..had the car for well over an hour which sold me on both the dealership and the car.

This was my first time buying a car online and out of state. Andy and Sal put me at ease through the entire process. Once I arrived, everything went very smooth and I was out the door with my car within an hour. Also, I was very impressed with all the high end cars they had in their lot. Art Cianfano was outstanding in his customer service! No xx or hidden agenda. Overall buying experience was very easy and straight forward. Drove the car on Saturday and came back on Monday to purchase. Art had everything ready to go including detailing the car. I'll will certainly be telling my friends to check out J&S with their extensive line of high end vehicles.

Friendly and professional staff. They do not pressure you into getting a car and are very helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate you. Highly recommended.

The dealership was up front about pricing, and there were no hidden fees. The sales person that I worked with was polite and helped with additional images of the SUV because I was an out-of-state buyer. However, the vehicle was listed as having some options that it did not actually have. This upset me, and I felt it was at least incompetent of the them to not catch these errors on the listing. I recommend them, but make sure the options stated are correct before buying
