Amazing service!! I came from Michigan to buy a car from this dealership, they made the process very simple and have me in and out in 15 minutes.

Purchased a Range Rover Evoke completely online from Florida. They did a great job helping with transport and getting me videos photos and info to help me during the purchase process. Great experience

I picked out a car I was told the bank was very picky and would verify all my paperwork paystubs proof of address etc ( not a problem at all) they then told me that I couldn’t take the car home today because the Loan was finalized and it could take a couple of days. Not a problem at all I’ll wait the couple of days(exact words could be a day or two maybe 5 he doesn’t know) . Then was told that I had to put insurance on a car and pay the down payment for the car that day. The car loan was not finalized and wasn’t guaranteed and that is why I wasn’t driving there car home, he exact words”I don’t want you to take the car home And something don’t work out with the financing you would have to bring the car back, but he tried to force me to pay the down payment and put insurance on a that I’m the loan wasn’t even finalized which is why I couldn’t drive it home that day. He said he don’t the down payment and the insurance on the car to get the loan to go thru which makes no since. Then I noticed he shorted my annual income by 12 thousand dollars when I him that he put the wrong income he said it’s fine it looks better for the bank that I made less money which makes no sense. Needless to say since I didn’t want to pay him a down payment for a car that the financing Wasn’t settled we cancelled the deal. To they are doing something shady. I bought multiple cars in my life never had to pay a down payment early on a car that the loan on the car wasn’t 100% done and when he was knowingly putting false information on the paperwork something was very wrong.

I don’t appreciate that Rami didn’t disclosed all the defects the car had because they could’ve fixed it in their shop but they can’t now because I had the vehicle shipped to me and I asked Rami for a solution to these problems but instead he ignores my messages but prior when I was purchasing the vehicle he was very attentive. And I asked him if the car had any defects or damages and he stated it was excellent condition. Which it’s not. Beware.

J&S did an amazing job! I had an amazing experience with them, which I can't say happens at every dealership! Jean and Souheil knocked it out of the park.

The whole staff made this so smooth for me. I feel like I have my dream SUV. Can’t imagine user another dealership for a future transaction!
