They are Awesome

I was very satisfied with the customer service. Ahmad was very professional We are extremely Happy with the purchase I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Unprofessional car service/customer service

This is by far the most unprofessional place i have ever been too. They will cheat you out of money. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ! They are liars , and will help you at all: they will sell you lemons after lemons after lemons . DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Best Experience

I am always a little skeptical when it comes to buying a used vehicle from a dealer. But I was blown away by my experience at Mazari Motors. Right from the start, Jason and his team was polite, easy to talk to, and did not put any pressure on us. We were given space when we needed it, and they were very patient with us as we thought about purchasing the vehicle. With every question the folks here did everything to make sure we were well informed about the vehicle we were interested in. Everyone there respected our time and our decisions. We had a great experience here today, and based on our visit, these guys deserve a great review in regards to how they worked with us. If they have a car you are interested in, give these guys a shot. We had a very positive experience. If you want to work with polite, patient, respectful people, give these guys a visit. We left with a great vehicle and left satisfied with our shopping experience. Highly recommended them.

All Talk No Honor: Using Military Service to Sell

I’m retired from the military, combat arms MOS and so is my friend that accompanied me in March 26 of 2020 to this dealership. I was there to look at a 2006 Subaru Forester. Had its flaws but it was priced right. I’ve had Subaru’s for over 20 years so I did my own check. After a no pressure test drive my friend and I proceeded into the offices. We immediately noticed some Marine Corps award frames and such on the back wall. Turns out the manager was a former Marine. While doing paperwork the three of us talked about our shared background and experiences. After the paperwork was complete the manager told me that even though there was no warranty on the car if anything went wrong to let him know and he would fix it. Indicated this was due to our similar past and experiences. At the time I appreciated the gesture. The Forester made it back to my house 70 miles away no issues. Two days later I went to my friends house, the same one that had drove me all the way to the dealership. On the way home from his house the car overheated. Had it towed home. Turns out it was a blown head gasket. Called the dealership. Informed the manager who had offered his “Fellow Veteran” help before. We talked about fixing vs replacing. He said he’d like to find something else for me. I told him that if the replacement was more simply to let me know how much. Said I wasn’t in a rush but if he could find me another Subaru that would be great. Let two weeks pass. No word. Called. Was told he was looking. Said it wouldn’t be long. April 22 my wife drives 164 miles to pick me up at our house then another 70 to the dealership as I had not received a reply to my phone calls or text messages for over 3 weeks. Also had left messages at the dealership. Not a response to any. After arriving I got the run around talk. My wife actually walked up and asked about him helping with anything so that I could get a car any car back in the road. He informed her that used cars don’t have a warranty and that he didn’t have to do what he did.....blah blah blah. Seemed he couldn’t get away from me fast enough. Over the next three months I got limited communication from the manager. Said he couldn’t find a Subaru. Gave him a few other options. I dice. Fast forward to August. The driveway ornament is still there he didn’t even offer to come pick it up or anything. Again all of his words are still empty. I eventually ended up having everything rebuilt and gone over. Wasn’t expensive. In the process of having this done the “Clean” Carfax turned out to not be so clean. The mechanic had run the VIN through a database and we found out that the car had been struck on the front end two separate times 3 years apart. I spent 24 years of my life in a combat MOS. My friend 23. We have lived by a code of honor and respect for half of our lives. Our honor is what enables us to trust in one another in our profession, do our jobs, and hopefully come home together. Apparently this former Marine missed that part of the training. I have worked with many Marines over the years and this is the first time the word of a Marine wasn’t sound. Buy at your own discretion. I did not get talked to honestly nor was the customer service in line with the promise. I cannot recommend this dealership as there is no honor.

Glad I STEERED CLEAR

The facility is disgustingly filthy. Don't have to worry about catching COVID-19 here, it would die before it crosses the threshold. NOW let's talk about the vehicles. Better yet, not worth the time. Steered clear for a purpose!! Run dont walk to next dealership on your list.

Mazari Motors

Jason and Christopher worked with me in good faith in my purchase of a used Ford Ranger truck. It was exactly the truck I was seeking. I did not want an car payment so I paid Mazari in installments over a three week span. When I was not able to register my truck at DMV, Jason and Christopher arranged for me to do so through their dealership. This saved me a lot of wear and tear because DVM could not give me an appointment or allow me to register via mail. Mazari took care of it. I am very pleased with my Ranger. Everything worked out great - they obviously wanted to earn my business.

Horrible cars

Did not even have to talk to anyone just stoped there and from what I seen most cars a damage and marks on them just thought I’d let people know befor they waste time

Bad business

Just stoped in to check a few cars out just looking at them.no one ever came out to ask me if I needed help or anything honestly I did not even see anyone anyways started looking and noticed out of the few I looked at had dents And rust some I’m not even sure how the passed inspection definitely left after a couple cars would recommend people buying to actually look over what your buying.

Excellent Customer Service!

I purchased a 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe from them. I had a great experience from Mazari Motors! The car originally had a rim that was bent and they had it repaired before I purchased the vehicle. Jason and Patti were great to deal with in person and over the phone. I drove there from Southern Maryland, over an hour, to test drive the vehicle. They drove it to me once the rim was fixed to deliver the car and complete the paperwork. Jason and I came to an agreement on the price granted that a few things were done before I took delivery and he held up his end on completing the repairs as well as the original price we agreed upon! The reason for the 4 stars on the quality of repairs is because of the rim shop they chose to repair it (which according to Jason they will never use again). I would most definetly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Mazari Motors.

Great buying experience

I must say I was very skeptical about purchasing an high end vehicle from anywhere that was not a certified new vehicle dealer. Jason called me up as I was looking on their site and seeing some beautiful cars I made an inquiry. The way Jason handled the situation I was truly impressed. The service seem to be very honest and forthcoming. I felt easy like they really have my best interest at heart, there was no pressure to buy. The process was truly the fastest I have ever been through. I feel like I have made a family connection for the long haul. I purchased a 2016 BMW 528i and the condition is flawless. I am a very blunt and transparent person, with that said I recommend Jason as a guide (salesman) for your next purchase.
