Absolutely fantastic car buying experience! I traveled a bit ways to get here. My husband and I were looking to purchase a car for my son and was nervous... to buy a used car but Mazari Motor took that fear away from us. Jason was great to work with. He was attentive, responsive to our questions and very honest and down to earth. Out of all the dealers in the area, they had the best-priced and a wide selection of cars. Definitely will shop with these guys again. Thank you once again for everything you have done to make our purchase so painless and easy. We highly recommend this dealership to everyone!
Do not trust this dealership Jason the owner is a liar and will steal from you . He offered to finance on what we had agreed to pay for the car and for... my trade-in but when he sent the figures to the finance company he said they wanted more money as a down payment because they charge a loan fee of over $1000 I contacted the finance company it was a lie so I told Jason I will finance the car myself that’s when The truth came out do not trust him he will steal from you he has a history of doing so
Long story short. Do not buy from this place. Jason is the biggest liar in the world. We bought a grand marquis online. Jason said he went over the car... with a fine tooth comb and there was no marks whatsoever on the car besides a small mark on the passenger door. When we got the car it was full of scratches, dents and rust. Both bumpers had holes in them, buckled up and dents. We got an estimate of $1200 to fix this not counting the scratches on the rest of the car. Jason tried to blame it on the transporter but they took pics of the car before they left the dealer and even sent the pics to Jason as we did also. They didnt help us at all. Then Jason said he went us a check for $100 (big deal) a week ago which we never received. Stay away from these crooks.....especially Jason the bigger liar ever!!!!!!!
walked into the dealership knowing exactly wha ti wanted, how much i wanted to pay, and my own financing. i had no issues getting the vehicle and when... the check engine light came on, they offered to pay for repairs at my repair shop since i had come from out of town. that being paid, the paint detailing they did was average at best and their body people can't pull out a ding. I'd recommend them if you know what you want and know how much you want to pay. they like to try and haggle.
Make sure the vehicle you purchase is trouble free with no issues other wise you will be stuck with all the issues and no solution from the dealer. Unfortunately... my test drive went well on a cool day. The first day of ownership however problems showed their ugly head. Issues were weak a/c and strange rpm fluctuations. All l got from Jason was double talk and procrastination.Jason says he will take care of the issues, keeps the suv for 5 days for testing and claims no problems were found. I take the suv to my repair shop were the a/c is recharged for $200 and the other problem is identified as a failing transmission at a huge cost. Jason’s answer is to drive the suv until the trans locks up and then he will have it repaired. Really! Double talk! Just like he would not pay for the a/c once it was repaired. He will tell you his cars are A-1 with no problems, don’t believe it. SOME OF THE VEHICLES ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR. BEWARE!
Bought a 2005 Ford Explorer back in October of 2017. Because the vehicle was missing both sun visors and a plastic cover on the driver side covering the... seatbelt, we asked if those parts could be ordered and included in the deal and the salesman agreed. We told him we would try to drive back up as soon as work schedules allowed but because it was more than an hour up and because schedules did not allow, we eventually decided to call the business and have the parts mailed to us. The salesman that originally sold us the vehicle assured us this would not be a problem. After waiting another month or so, nothing arrived. So we called several times over the next couple of months to check on this and nothing was ever done. We were told that they would get back to us on one occasion and calls were not returned on the others. What started out as a great experience ended up being a disappointment. It just goes to show you that smaller used car dealers still cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do.

He educated us on the process and got us into a great car at a great deal. We brought this car a year ago now and has had no issues. He is a trustworthy salesman. I was looking at a nice truck on Car.com from this dealer, It took four attempts to get someone on the phone. Finally got someone on the phone, and asked... a few questions about the truck, where it came from, and anything about the truck you could tell me, that is not in the pictures. Note: There were no pictures of the underside - frame. He was going to send more pictures but forgot or who knows why he didn't. He stated the truck was from the south. He ask if my credit was good and I sent info to finance the truck at 2.3 % due to my credit was great.. So we agreed and I got on a plane to buy and drive the truck home the next day. My brother drove from Richmond, Va to the lot. I did not see the truck on the lot, and I was told it was in the shop, due to an ABS sensor went bad and it would be a few minutes. Almost 2 hours later, I still have not seen the truck. And ask to see the paper work for the financing and he said that due to the age of the truck, I could not get the 2.3% as he had stated on the phone, but he found another bank to approve 10.3%. I told him go try again, that is not going to happen. Finally ask again where the truck was and he told me the mechanic was suppose to do the work yesterday, but he had not repaired it yet, so the dealer was trying to get the mechanic to do the work now and the mechanic was not even working that day. I asked the salesman again, take me to see the truck now, and he had the secretary drive me to the shop to see the truck and also deliver the parts to fix the truck. When I saw the truck, I was livid. It was the truck in the pictures, and they paid good money not to show the rust that was under the hood and frame. Note: Truck had a Canada sticker under the hood. The drivers side door handle was very loose and the hinges were worn so badly that the door dropped down when you open it. My Brother drove me back over to the dealership, and told him no deal.....very upset. Note: I got a better truck same year for 3,000 less about 5 miles down the road. By the way, I had the cash the truck. If you had been straight with me I would have gotten it.
Jason was a great help in the purchasing of my car from the moment I walked in I was treated very well The service was excellent and the financing process... went quickly. I was able to drive my new car of the lot the same day. I would recommend Mazari Motors to anyone who is in the market to by a new vehicle.
