I go to Moses Lexus for the quality and service

I go to Moses Lexus for the quality and service excellence. We have been with them for years. We know the workers. We get to talk to Don and that is a pleasure. The experience and quality of service are excellent!! We travel 2 hours to get our vehicle serviced!! We have never been disappointed!! I have lost count on how many vehicles I have bought! I recommend this dealership to anyone that cares about the kind of vehicle they drive and cares about quality of service for the vehicle. Love the dealership and the people. Thank- you Moses Lexus! Satisfied customer for many years!!

Overall an excellent experience from the time you pull into service to the time you depart. The service advisor Chelsea was friendly, professional and welcoming. The service tech did a great servicing our Lexus. Very professional and detailed. This is why I choose Moses and Lexus

Moses wanted almost 1600 for labor on what the internet

Moses wanted almost 1600 for labor on what the internet quoted as a 2 hour job of changing out a heating actuator because it was making a loud audible noise on starting vehicle….no other issue….after the labor quote I turned down the service and upon retrieving the vehicle my A/C did not work when it was functioning fine when I took it to the service appointment….very unhappy with the quote and service along with no one calling me in return when I called and left message about A/C issue after leaving….I am just an ordinary citizen who has worked in health care locally for 30 years…I have had vehicles in past serviced by Moses….I chose to turn down being ripped off in fixing my vehicle but I wonder about the ones that haven’t been able to choose other service places….I will not recommend Moses service going forward to anyone that inquires of me regarding my experience with Moses.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Bought a car today without getting a headache! Got the red carpet treatment from the moment I got here. The team was knowledgeable and very helpful. My new go to for cars and referrals.

My salesman was honest and very professional. He didn’t waste a lot of time. His name is Nate Tose. I was very satisfied with my experience there. I would recommend him and the dealership.

The service department could really use some help here.

The service department could really use some help here. It was almost impossible to get them to order a new key for my wheel locks. First they forgot to check which key I needed when I had my car in for service, then when I made a special trip for them to check which key was needed, they still didn’t order it. After my third call and a month later, it was ordered. They misdiagnosed a vapor leak and after changing the fuel cap didn’t work, they recommended changing the purge valve which also didn’t fix the issue. My most recent visit to the dealership was 2 weeks ago and they recommended new brakes soon. I got the quote and asked the service advisor if he had any availability to do the job on a Saturday, since they work limited hours on Saturdays, he said he would check and call me back. I waited a week and called the service advisor for an update but got his voicemail. I left a message and still haven’t heard back. This next closest lexus dealer is 2 hours away from me, but I think I will make the trip to avoid this place next time.
