I can't share enough about our experience with the Lexus side and our service rep Don. He was wonderful and spoke very kindly. Kept me updated along the way which made the process a bit easier since I had a toddler in tow. I got my service video and the tech spoke clearly providing suggestions which was good to know. The Service site itself was clean and even the construction site was picked up. There was a great kid's room, the bathrooms were very clean, and great vending options with free coffee. I was done much sooner than expected. Our service in Texas had set the bar pretty high for others, but I felt this experience was pretty comparable, just minus the Starbucks ;)

Absolutely the best service anywhere for anything! Would recommend over and over. I have dealt with them for years now. The best of the best !

The employees here are so nice. Got my Lexus services with oil change and sticker and after leave I had a light come on. Turned around and went back to the dealer and they found a bad sensor. Fixed the problem and on the road again. Big thanks out to Don. He has seen that I have been well taken care of for the last 13 years.

We purchased a new Lexus ES 350 a few days ago. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. There was a little confusion because the Salesman we were working with had the day off when we actually arrived to purchase the vehicle. Nothing drastic, he was just not aware of some of the details. The transaction was smooth and the vehicle was well prepped. There was no pressure from the sales team and the dealer had a decent documentation fee and no unessary dealer add ons that jack up the price. The vehicle specialist that went over all the bells and whistles helped us register the smart phone application and get the vehicle set up. They did forget to give us our electronic "credit card" key but once notified they located it and said it would be mailed out immediately. If you are purchasing a Lexus I would highly recommend that you download the Lexus app prior to arrival. The WIFI in the building is slow and it is a big app. With 5G signal we stood outside for better reception for about 15 minutes waiting for it to download.

Flat tire repair, routine service, and state inspection sticker. The service was done quickly and competently. The vehicle was returned in pristine condition. Thank you.
