“0” stars if I could. Very unsatisfied. Worst dealer ever. First an inexperienced salesman that couldn’t even identify two SUV models of the same brand. Then a better salesman does an acceptable job. We were seriously interested in 2 vehicles so he asked for our best offers to submit to the manager. Along comes the rudest, unfriendliest, arrogant manager to tell us our offer is “offensive” and he would not consider it and practically he threw us out. We later heard from other clients this dealership is no good at all. The next day someone called us to follow up and try to get our business. We’d never ever got back there.

Service Department
Would not recommend this place to anyone , would give zero stars. Customer Service in Service Department is horrible and the Manager is unconcerned name is Alex I think. I schedule an appointment online for service arrived and was skipped as I was the next car in line, after waiting for 3 hours . Service person I think her name is Asia who skipped me in line when I first arrived was bringing a customer to the cashier for check out and telling the customer that she skipped her to the front of other customers that had been waiting also. Very unprofessional to talk to another customer about how you made sure that she got taking care of before any other customer that had been there waiting way before she pull up!!! Addressed concern to the Manager and he was unbothered.

Grateful for a traditional yet quick and respectful experience at Clay Cooley Park Cities Volkswagen today! Got a new car and met a new friend, Haley who was sweet, knowledgeable and treated me with respect even when I was not sure of anything in my head 😂. BEWARE!! I found a vehicle on true car from Clay Cooley, had a clean car fax with no imperfections listed online. I called to make sure vehicle was damage free, was assured twice that it had no imperfections. Vehicle was a 2020 with 10k miles on it. I flew out to get this vehicle and upon arrival the whole back door on passengers side was obviously damaged. Salesman said he never saw it when he supposedly looked twice. Since I flew in on a Saturday I was stuck and had to make a deal to get home. I should have got a taxi and just left instead of buying the vehicle but I had to get home, they reimbursed me $75 of the $2400 it costs to fix it because there was more damage upon inspection by auto repair place close to my hometown. Don’t waste your time or money at this dealership buy elsewhere. They are not honest.

Clay Cooley promised us a 6yr 72,000 warrenty'
I bought a new Volkswagen Jetta in Nov 2019. The clutch went out on the car at 4,000 miles. I was driving down the highway and the car would not switch into 6th gear. I called AAA and had it towed to the dealership. We purchased the extra coverage and the car has been well maintained we hardly drove the car for the clutch to go out. The dealership said the clutch wasnt covered and charged us 2800. Told us they took the car apart and it would be more expensive to put it back together. We wanted to tow the car to a more affordable mechanic but they had already fixed the car. They didn't check for recalls or try to help us When we bought the car they mention that all they're cars had a 6 year bumper to bumper 72,000 powertrain warranty. They would not work with us on the cost of the repairs our car has been they're for 3 months. My husband has stage 4 cancer and we are struggling to get to doctors appt without a vehicle Clay cooley denied us financing to get our vehicle repaired . They have made it extremely difficult.

Highly recommend!!! We had the *best* experience at Clay Cooley Volkswagen! Louie helped us find the perfect SUV and a plan that met our needs both from the perspective of where we were in our lives and at the right price point. He felt more like a new friends than a sales representative. Once we're in the market for a another car, we'll certainly be going back to Louie and the team at Clay Cooley Volkswagen Park Cities!

Experience was great. Alvin Webb , Sydney and Mr G. made it happen with no problem . Go in there with your credentials correct and you will walk out with a new car . Got me a 2021 Jetta. I would recommend you talk to these gentlemen!!

Poor quality in repairs. I had to get the same service performed at another dealership. Clay Cooley would not reimburse me. They are nice and will seem competent. but you can get better service else where. I was overcharged and service did not have any lasting quality. Worse experience at a VW Dealer Service Center.
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE
