Exceptional Service in Stressful Situation

Service Advisor Clinton Wong provided exceptional service in a stressful situation in late December 2021. I was visiting family in KC and my 2011 328xi broke down and had to be towed to BMW of Kansas City South. Clinton was able to acquire a major part from another dealer and get my car fixed in advance of a snowstorm and the New Year holiday. Because of his efforts, I was able to drive back home to Chicago in my own car instead of finding alternative transportation and subsequently making a return trip to retrieve my car once the part arrived after the New Year, which would have been extremely inconvenient.
