I was completely blown away! This being my first Mercedes Benz, the level of kindness and courtesy was surprising but very much appreciated. Mike was able to answer all my questions and was ex tremendously knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand. I don't think I ever felt as comfortable as I did any other time I've taken a vehicle to get serviced. Overall my first experience with Mercedes and Mr Mike was extraordinary! I can't wait for my next visit.

I currently had a flat and had my vehicle towed to OP MB is they friendly service and the fact they took my vehicle and got the flat replace and had no issues with them. Rodney has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. He has known my family and I for years and we love working with him due to his high level of customer service and professionalism. My car was able to be serviced at the exact date that I wanted. I highly recommend the Orange Park location! Any time I visit the dealership it feels like I’m attending a family reunion with friendly faces greeting me at the door and chef’s fixing food for customers and guests while we wait for our cars to be serviced. I just took my Mercedes in for Service B! Andy, my service writer, couldn’t have been nicer! I was able to take my car in on the date and time of my request! It was so easy! Andy arranged with Tammy to pick me up to get my car! I never had to wait. Andy is very professional and efficient! Easy in, easy out! Tammy, courtesy driver, is friendly and couldn’t be nicer, too.?When I walk in Mercedes of Orange Park, I feel like it’s home! I won’t go to any other Mercedes Dealership!
