Subject: Immediate Action Required – Warranty, Loaner Vehicle, and Unacceptable Customer Treatment Dear Mr. Moberg, I am reaching out directly regarding the ongoing mishandling of my vehicle’s warranty issue at Porsche West Broward. My vehicle remains inoperable due to a cooling system failure—a serious, covered defect that makes it unsafe to drive in the current high temperatures. Despite repeated outreach, I have yet to receive a confirmed service appointment or access to a loaner vehicle. The continued deflection and inaction reflect poorly on the Porsche brand, particularly in light of the significant investment—over $300,000—I’ve made in this vehicle. More importantly, the behavior I’ve encountered from your staff is deeply concerning. Let me be clear:    •   I will not tolerate bullying, condescension, or manipulation.    •   Being told I am “acting like a child” for rightfully escalating a serious issue is unacceptable.    •   Receiving six separate messages pressuring me to leave a five-star review—while being denied basic service—is both coercive and unethical.    •   This “mob mentality” of circling the wagons instead of solving problems is toxic and unprofessional. It’s time to stop thinking solely about maximizing profits and start treating your customers with the respect we deserve. We are adults. We are professionals. And we expect to be treated accordingly—especially when we raise legitimate concerns. I have already escalated this matter to Mr. Oliver Blume, CEO of Porsche AG, and I will continue to take this public and legal if necessary. Unless this is resolved within 24 hours, I will proceed with the following:    •   File a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services    •   Submit a case to the Better Business Bureau    •   Publish this experience across social media, Porsche owner forums, and public reviews What I expect now is simple: 1. A confirmed service appointment 2. A loaner vehicle by close of business tomorrow 3. A written acknowledgment of the unprofessional conduct and a commitment to prevent this type of treatment going forward I look forward to your immediate and personal response. I WAS LOOKING FOR A USED CAYENNE WHEN I NOTICED A CPO AT

I WAS LOOKING FOR A USED CAYENNE WHEN I NOTICED A CPO AT THE WEST BROWARD DEALERSHIP. I DROVE DOWN TO SEE IT . THE SALESMAN SAID HE WILL BE WAITING WITH THE KEYS. UPON ARRIVAL I FOUND THE CAR UP ON THE LIFT, WITH THE FRONT END COMPLETELY OFF. TO MAKE ALONG STORY SHORT, THEY DELIVERED THE VEHICLE TO ME IN W. PALM BEACH. DURING THE INSPECTION I TOLD THE SALESMAN THAT THE TRUNK COVER WAS MISSING. THIS IS A "CPO" BUT IT WAS MISSING THE TRUNK COVER. I WAS TOLD TO GO DOWN THERE TO GET IT INA TEXT MESSAGE FROM THE SALESMAN. I CALLED THE USED CAR SALESMANAGER, HE SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT IT, HE WILL GET IT FOR ME. 3 MONTHS LATER THERE ARE TELLING ME THAT NOTHING IS OWED TO ME. PORSCHE USA TOLD ME THE SAME EVEN AFTER I SENT THEM A SCREEN SHOT OF THE TEXT MESSAGE THAT SAID " GOOD MORNING, AS I PROMISED, WHEN YOU BE IN OUR AREA, I WILL GET YOU THIS PART" TOTALLY LOST RESPECT FOR THE DEALERSHIP AND PORSCHE USA BECAUSE I DIDN'T DOCUMENT THE MISSING PART AT DELIVERY.
