Our experience with Porsche West Broward was professional and pleasant. We were made to feel comfortable and welcome. Our salesman Cameron Beneke was very informative and Kevin Henry explained everything all the paperwork in a detailed manner

Exceptional experience. Sales associate Kimberly Rosa was very attentive to my wife’s requests. And very patient. We bought a new silver Porsche Cayenne. She deserves high marks for being very detail oriented.

Went looking for a SUV, but didn’t know what I wanted. Our salesman Mickael was funny, pleasant and well educated, but was EXTREMELY patient. Since I didn’t know what I wanted, I was all over the place. He never hesitated to answer a question, or get a key for me to sit in a car to try it, or take a test drive. Even after a very long time, he took us into the dealership to look at incoming inventory, again with no frustration or impatience. Once we settled on a new Cayenne, we got a decent deal, so we were happy. I have to say, the Cayenne is a much better driving vehicle than the Mercedes and BMWs we were considering. Also, they had more Cayenne models in stock than all other South Florida dealers COMBINED.

Just purchased my second Porsche from West Broward. Alessandra Ruospo was my Brand Ambassador, she was amazing. She called me weekly to update me on when my car was arriving at the dealership from Germany. Kevin in the Finance Dept. was such a pleasure to deal with! Everyone at West Broward Porsche are very friendly and not at all pushy.

I purchased my second porsche recently and to no surprise it was an amazing experience Jordan the manager Kyle the representative are absolute gems! Absolutely 10/10 recommended. Side note: Mark in service is the absolute man, the service doesnt stop once you buy the car. They are just great.

Cameron was awesome to work with . I was an out of town buyer and Cameron was very knowledgeable . The 2021 Macan was just as he described the condition. He picked me up at the airport and did a great job of exposing the features of the car

Each time I arrive for my appointment at the stated time I am greeted by no one. I stand there by the car I acknowledged for a minimum of 10 mins before I walk inside and have to ask for the person who is supposed to be meeting me. When he finally comes he’s friendly but that doesn’t excuse the fact that plenty people walk right past me without saying a word or trying to figure out why I’m just standing and waiting. I requested a loaner online and wasn’t told until I arrived at my appt there wasn’t one available. Three weeks opportunity to tell me that in advance so I could make other plans rather than allow myself to be Lyfted home and stuck for hours waiting.

Outstanding team, especially Ms Mercedes Disla and Juan. Both were very knowledgeable, Professional and set the standard for what to expect at a Porsche Dealership. They represented Porsche of Broward with excellence. I will look there first for my next purchase. The dealership has a good variety new and Certified care to chose. Outstanding
