Terrible experience. Service department is incompetent and treatment advisor Mark Wright was very rude and careless. AC went bust on my 2019, 1.5 old and 35000 miles cayenne. Had to wait 3 weeks to get a loaner. They can’t find AC leak and they don't care to find it either. They added refrigerant and proposed that I come and get my car and return loaner even if repair not properly done in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty. I wad told to come and get my car and see how it goes recognizing that they were unable to find leak. All Mark cared about was to get loaner back since they dont have enough loaners to go a around.?Very disappointed considering that Porsche us a very expensive brand.

I was looking for an SUV for the N. Carolina mountains, with the option of automatic bright headlights. That is the one option I need because I'll be driving on the mountain roads, in pitch black, and you cannot see. I told this to my Salesman Dominic Sparacino. He told me this particular Porche Cayenne had it. So I purchased it on March 18th, 2021. I had asked Dominic how to operate the vehicle and he told me to go to YouTube! You would think the Salesman would know how to operate the car or, maybe, he didn't want to bother telling me. Anyway, a few days later, the only option I wanted was not in the SUV and, come to find out, it does not even exist in Porches, period! I've been an owner of Lexus, Mercedes, Jaguar and Maserati, as far as luxury cars go. The salesman had never lied or mislead me to buy a car. I am very unhappy about this purchase. I would stay clear of Porche West Broward, and definitely Dominic Sparacino!
