Don't you just love it when a service advisor is "A Car...

Don't you just love it when a service advisor is "A Car Guy", + "An Honest Guy", and "A Straightforward no B.S" Guy. Brock is That Guy, The Guy. A guy that just works with you to get it done. Andy is cool too. my AMGs are well served here, and are treated like the prized cars! Dealership is overall is well run, because employees like Brock takes pride.

review update

I am updating an earlier review concerning a purchase at this dealership. My initial review was not titled but for some reason the 'cars" site "titled it "lying cheating gouging dealership etc. " I did not write that title. it was inserted by others. NOW, my update....my problem was they wouldn't allow me to purchase the car with cash and I was never notified of this. the manager took the time to review all of my correspondence and agreed that I was never told this requirement/policy. I was finally able to pay cash for the car and although it took much longer than I thought it should I finally received car yesterday in good shape. my only grip is they didn't send the window sticker with it. I find that a window sticker really helps a resale. No, I do not plan on selling this car but I believe it will add value when I do. They indicated they would send a window sticker....we'll see.

Repairs on sprinter 3500 Winnebago rv

Darrick in service went beyond doing his job. He offered water, coffee and drinks while we waited. He kept on contact with me by texts and phone calls. He updated me every hour to let me know the situation. He offered to help us load our car onto the two wheel dolly for car and helped do it. We have never had more thoughtful person work with us. We were from Georgia on vacation trip to the national parks we had appointments with camp grounds for the next two weeks scheduled to arrive on certain days, if we had lost time we would have had to reschedule all our plans. Your mechanics worked us into your schedule so we could get back on road. They did a complete repairs job and found another issue to fix before giving our RV back to us.

This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership and it will not be my last. I worked with Ramona and she was knowledgable, friendly and zero pressure. I was torn between two cars and needed the weekend to think it over. She went out of her way to be as accommodating as possible. An excellent experience from start to finish.
