We purchased a used car from Landen, what a great

We purchased a used car from Landen, what a great experience we had! Landen was thorough, responsive, helpful+, and took care of every detail. We will return to this dealership anytime we begin our next search for a car. The best part of the experience was working almost exclusively with Landen, no finance guy, no warranty guy, no sales manager. Just Landen, from start to finish. Way to go Mercedes-Benz Farmington for creating an ideal model for car shopping.

I wanted certain options that required me ordering my car

I wanted certain options that required me ordering my car rather than selecting off the lot. And because the order timing was in the period between model years it took a while to receive the car. But it was worth the wait and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. And final closure was a breeze. This dealership is very well run and made for a pleasurable experience. Highly recommended.

We appreciated working with Luke.

We appreciated working with Luke. However, it was a struggle getting through the paperwork because it was not explained well. The detailing of the car was unacceptable; we had to do it ourselves later only to find issues that we were not informed of prior to purchase, such as small chips in the windshield, and some kind of nail polish on the upholstery. We hope that our future service will be up to what Mercedes known standards used to be. We do appreciate that most concerns were addressed and promised to be resolved.
