Awful! Lured me in from St George only to raise the price when I got there. Then the detail shop did a terrible job( to be fair they sent me $200 to fix) Then after numerous times I asked if they changed the oil,put new air and cabin filters in and they assured me they did. Lied through their teeth ( Bought a used Tahoe). Guess you have to buy a Mercedes to get honest answers!! Joshua Bonnett was terrible. Buyer beware!!

We can't find enough positive words to express our appreciation for the professional and detailed personal service provided by Hendrick Miller, a service advisor. His extra effort saved our vacation road trip from Southern California to Yellowstone Park. We struck an object on the Logan Canyon road puncturing the gas tank of our GLE 350 without completely disabling it. We were able to drive the car to Mercedes Farmington and seek the help of their service team. Without hesitation Hendrick took over. He and his team found a new gas tank; it would take a few days for delivery and installation. He then located a hard-to-find rental car and even provided an Uber to take us to the rental office. Without his help we would have been unable to continue our vacation, which included several prepaid stops. Simply cannot thank him enough! Kaye and John A.


Years back their service seemed to be good, then I notice

Years back their service seemed to be good, then I notice on a mid prepaid maintenance cycle oil change (I do it) that an oil filter brand I used last mid-cycle oil change was still in the vehicle. Mine are not branded MB filters. So next mid-cycle change that I do I labeled and dated the filter. Surprise,.. I checked and it was still in the vehicle after the next scheduled service. So, do they change the oil too? You don't know. I also had pre-paid scheduled service that was a replacement of brake fluid on the WO, which wasn't done either. It still had the blue in it from when I did brakes on all corners. Nice huh? The last one was the 7-speed (7G-Tronic) trans service where they used the fluid (red) and filter vice the required 7G-TRONIC Plus non-backward compatable fluid (blue) and filter. And denied it when presented with the fluid AND wrong filter. Also Still charged me for a known high-failure DPF filter bracket (emissions) that was entirely broken and NEVER discovered on vehicle inspections. I found it, just like the other problems. Me, not them... No QA there at all... Sorry, I would avoid this place's service department if you want to be the only one putting the wear and tear on your vehicle. Add 05/22/2022, I just checked my air filter and found that all the screws but two of them are stripped out in the housing. They weren't the last time I checked it a few years ago. Again, more wear and tear. They only need to be two fingers on a driver tight folks...


10/10 out of state purchase

10/10 recommend!! Mark Raleigh and Tara Castillo were phenomenal in executing my out of state purchase. Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. In under an hour we were in on the road with our new car! Mark followed up to ensure we made it back safely to Colorado, and that we had no issues along the way. Highly recommend for both in state and out of state purchases.


Waste of time

Applied and never heard back, definitely would have been nice to know the status regardless of approval or not. But I guess they dont like to keep you in the loop here.


Not the type of business you want to work with.

Not the type of business you want to work with. I went through their "ONE price, ONE person, ONE hour" process to get the specific price for the SUV I was looking for. This includes sharing your personal information, uploading your driver's license, and uploading your insurance information. Once I completed the process and had the price, I was handed off to (I assume) an AI bot to answer some additional questions. Next, I was passed to a BDC specialist via email to "complete my order". Finally, I was told a sales rep would contact me to finalize the purchase. It was a holiday weekend, so the shop wasn't open until the following Tuesday. When I had not heard back, I tried the chat, email, and eventually texting my assigned sales rep. Upon finally getting in touch with him by text, he told me that they would not sell me the car because I am out of state. Frustrated by the wasted time and lack of transparency, I called the dealership and spoke with another rep who confirmed the SUV was available and they would absolutely sell it to someone out of state. We went through the entire process again, they increased the price a few thousand dollars over what I was quoted online, then went through the process of calculating the specific numbers and verifying my state's tax rates so I could put down a deposit. After several calls, the rep called back and told me that he could only lease it to me. To me, they appear to be unscrupulous and seeking to leverage obscure policies to get as much out of prospective customers as possible. I found them to be unresponsive, ill-informed on their vehicles and their processes, and shamefully inconsiderate of a customer willing to pay a significant premium over MSRP for a $120k SUV. I would definitely seek other options if you are looking for a well-organized, clear, and fair purchasing experience.


Purchased a vehicle from them this past week.

Purchased a vehicle from them this past week. Ramona and Kolby did a fantastic job putting it all together. When the decision was made it only took about an hour and a half to get it done and most of that time was getting the new vehicle cleaned. I am very impressed with the customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

This dealership is awesome. Ms Cortnee Newman, the sales rep I worked with is phenomenal. Bought a 2022 GLC 300 4Matic for my wife's birthday. The car wasn't at the dealership when I purchased. It was in shipment. She kept updating me until the car arrived at the dealership. Then she went above and beyond to do a video of the in & out of the car and sent it to me. She's just awesome, the kind of person you really need when purchasing a car. My whole experience was fantastic. Manager Nick Sandoval was fantastic too. Providing me with all the support I need. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this dealership and also refer all my friends and family who intend to purchase a Mercedes to this dealership.

Pretty unhappy here, made an online inquiry for an A35, I was contacted promptly by Melyssa and later by Courtnee. Excellent communication and I set an appointment to the view the vehicle around there schedule of availability. Only 2 hours before my appointment they alerted me they’re raising the price of the vehicle $6k due to a pricing error. Bait and switch at its finest. What a joke, I will file a complaint with the BBB and DCP.


Avoid at all costs - disingenuous management

These guys said they would keep the car and sell it for me when my plans changed, then made me pay tax and title it - making the sale price too high, very disgruntled would avoid at all costs, very bad karma people.
