Inexperienced sales people and lack of support from supervisors. I test drove 2 vehicles and they both seemed to have issues. I feel like they cut corners when preparing cars for sale. When we got down to pricing, they seemed to have excessive junk fees.

This dealership sold me a car that had multiple
This dealership sold me a car that had multiple undisclosed leaks from the crank case and differentials. They also didn't deliver my title for over a month and a half even though I paid in cash. I had to reach out multiple times to get said title. I was first told it was in the mail but that was a lie, they had it in the office when I finally pressed the issue and went by. When I went to register the vehicle, they falsified the sale date in Nov. I purchased the vehicle in December. This resulted in me paying late fees. When I asked them to make any of these issues right, they never responded. They spam me monhtly asking for business. I've asked to be left alone but they continue. The two mechanic shops I've taken to get this vehicle fixed at have both remarked that they're shocked a dealership would sell a car in such a condition. One mechanic alleged that they used some kind of temporary sealant to hide the magnitude of the leaks. This is the epitome of a used car salesman stereotype and I'd be ashamed to say this was my busniess. I can't emphasize enough, this place is at best abysmal and at worst, potentially engaging in fraud if the mechincs allegations are true.

I purchased this vehicle had some issues with it.
I purchased this vehicle had some issues with it. Management they will fix the issues it would take 2 weeks for parts to come in. Waited 3 weeks I finally called management. Apparently the parts were never ordered. The solution of fixing a problem he said was it was sold as is. So now I'm stuck with the loan payment and issues with the truck to be fixed. This is turned never to trust anyone especially at this place!!!!!!!!!!!

Time wasters.
After trying to buy a Jaguar F-Type for over a week the talking man (obviously not a salesmen) told me they wouldn't sell me a car. They force you to jump through hoops and waste your time. I have check in hand and ready to make a move. Unless you like wasting your time, don't buy here

Worst mechanic shop in ABQ
Horrendous service. Do not come here. I came in for a break pad replacement with an appointment at 8am. They claimed several times it would take a max of 2 hours. By the end of the day I was stuck at their shop for over 6 hours with no explanations as to why my service took over 3 times the length it had been quoted at. They were very unapologetic and we’re more expensive than even chain mechanics. Do not waste your time here!

Shady
Auto Solution on Alameda First attempt at fixing an issue: I took the car in, told them what was wrong. I was given an quote of $600. I was told the car was fixed and went to pick it up for an $1100 charge of which the person told me was cheap as they found new tires at a lower price. I told them I would not pay the extra amount of money and was refunded graciously. I had the car for two days and the problem began coming back. I took the car in once again. They then charged me the remaining balance that they originally wanted to charge me. Bunch of BS here. I highly discourage you from taking your business there.

Do not take your vehicle to auto solutions
They had my truck for 7 months when I finally picked it up none of the body work was done my on star system was not replaced my trailer hitch was gone and there was 4665 miles put on my truck when I tried to talk to the service manager Paul he was not helpful at all I didn’t really look at my truck till I got home and oh my mother !! I got charged for the on start and the body work. Neither we’re done and I had a blown out tire in the back of my truck xxx. And when I asked Paul he played the blame game he didn’t know nothing. When I got home and really looked at my truck and called him back about the work that was not done and the mileage put on my truck he said by Paul by completely unprofessional. If anyone reads this please find another service dealership to deal with

If your looking for a truck shop somewhere else! This place is a scam! Look at your paperwork before you sign anything! Also they lie and say the truck has gone through service and it has not! Two screws in the tires

My wife found the car I was looking for on line. Nathanial replied to our inquiry and met us when we showed up in person I like the all the staff I dealt with. Great inventory and very good sales staff.
