The vehicle purchasing process at this dealership was the

The vehicle purchasing process at this dealership was the only satisfactory aspect of my experience. I purchased a truck based on a Carfax report that claimed it was clean, only to discover a year later that it had previous damage filled with Bondo, significantly impacting its value. Selling the truck back to them was another ordeal, as they failed to promptly handle the payoff for my loan, causing unnecessary delays and stress. This delay put my personal credit at risk, as the loan was not paid for a month and a week on their end. The manager's response was unhelpful and lacked accountability. Additionally, they sold the vehicle they purchased from me before getting the payoff check to the lenders, leaving the vehicle unpaid on my end. I had to chase updates and resolve issues myself. This situation could have turned into a much bigger problem, and while it was eventually resolved, it was not due to any help from the dealership. They failed to make the calls I requested and showed a clear disregard for their mistakes. I have not received an apology for their lack of care and failure to take care of me as their customer. Overall, the dealership demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer care. I regret my dealings with them and cannot recommend their business.

Got to dealership service at 6:30 they open at 7;00 I am

Got to dealership service at 6:30 they open at 7;00 I am first in line guy next to me drives up at 6;45. Service guy goes directly to the man in the truck first then to me. When I said something he grunts and says it will be 45 min. He made me feel less important since I am a women and he automatically went to the Man first. I have been going to this service since bought the Jeep and have never been treated like I do not matter. Salomon is who took my information.

If I could give them zero stars I would have as it would

If I could give them zero stars I would have as it would have fitted the service I received from them more. I bought a 2020 Ram truck from them, it has 47000 miles on it and the tranny is slipping. They first told me it was a quart low and the service person told me it was because it evaporated or went out of the overfill tube, A quart ? not likely. they don't have a glue when it comes to customer service. It does not even matter that I bought the truck from this dealership they still treated me terrible. The mechanics and the service department don't even know what the other is doing. They had my truck for 8 days while the work could of been done in 2 days top. Every time I talked to Jacob at the service desk I got a different reason what was wrong. Even when I picked up the truck the paperwork on what was worked on was wrong. Then they soaked me for money on parts that were not covered by the warranty. A trany that slips on a new truck at 47000 miles let me ask you, do you want to pay over 50k for a truck that slips at under 50k for miles. If so this is your place to go and buy a truck. Just hope you dont have to have it worked on by these group. Oh the kicker is the sales manager had enough xxxxx to ask me if I wanted to trade it in and buy another truck from them. LOL ....Really Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership there are plenty of good ones in the area of the metro.

Total waste of time.

Total waste of time. I askes to do a test drive a vehicle and was told it had to "warm up a few minutes to defrost the windshield" ok it's cold and I could see the frost so checks out. Every ten minutes the sales rep had to go check to see if it was warm yet...after about an hour of sitting there I'm told the heat doesn't work but they would "obviously get it fixed". They claimed they inspect all vehicles they're selling but checking to see if a basic function like heat works in a state where it's cold half the time seems pretty simple. Complete waste of time and seems like a lack of knowledge of staff to not know something like that.

I felt no pressure in purchasing a vehicle.

I felt no pressure in purchasing a vehicle. Paul was great to work with and made every effort into making the vehicle buying process as smooth as possible. I would recommend coming here again for my next purchase. Luke did great with explaining the papers I was signing and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Paul even went out of his way to put in more gas at no cost for me for my ride home which was several hours away. He even called me the next to ask my how my trip went and if I had any more questions. Great salesmanship! He made me feel great with my purchase.

Poor customer service and communication

Had my vehicle towed to the dealership on Wednesday. I had an appointment for my vehicle to be repaired Thursday. I was told it would be done Thursday. I called Thursday at 6:15pm since I had not heard from anyone and the service department was already closed. The lady that answered the phone said there were no notes on my vehicle. I called back Friday morning at 7:30am and the lady that answered the phone had no information on my vehicle. When I asked her if I could talk to someone that knows what is going on with my vehicle so became defensive and rude. Told me she would email my service manager. I waited 2 hours and when I did not hear from anyone I called again. This time they transferred me to someone's voicemail, and I had to leave a message. When I finally got a call back, they said my service manager was off for the day and he wanted to know what I needed repaired on my car. So, they had not even started the repairs nor had my service manager even communicated what was going on to anyone else knowing he was going to be off on Friday. When I tried to explain what repairs, I needed done and the frustration of not hearing from anyone when I had an appointment for the car to be repaired the day before he became rude and defensive and accused me of screaming in the phone. I did not even yell much less scream. When I asked to speak to someone above him, he said there was no one else to speak to. They were off for the day. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this place for service of your vehicle.

Great Experience!

We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and they had several to choose from. Cynthia was most helpful in explaining the features and guiding us through the entire process from the financing to the test drives. Was not expecting to drive away with it that day, but everything went smoothly. Exceptional service from your sales person, Cynthia. Would highly recommend!
