Courteous but not accommodating
I had stopped at the dealership to look at a 2017 Jaguar F-Type. I don't make it to Wichita often and live about 25 minutes away. None of their staff greeted me nor seemed interested in helping me. After watching several other customers get helped, I left. I inquired online about scheduling a test drive at my location but they said it was too far away. When I explained my circumstances of having stopped before and not being helped they were courteous but not accommodating, still not willing to bring the vehicle to me. They told me to stop in for a test drive, which I had previously tried to do without success. I asked them if I'd be able to drive it to my location and they again said it was too far. I'm worried about clearance issues into my driveway. I took it all as a sign that I didn't need this car or to work with this dealership. The actual facility was clean and had an ample supply of very nice vehicles.
False virtual anything!!!
They advertising virtual visits but this was not the case. Did nothing to earn my business based on the ad on here. This is my 3rd NON Customer Service experience I have had with Walsher. I take my Benz, Lexus and Land Rover to local mechanics now . I was looking to upgrade but will buy somewhere else.

Literally signed up for an account to warn others of the nightmare that is Walser/JLR of Wichita. There are lots of fake reviews on here -- the real ones are clearly the negative ones and mirror my own experience. The sales folks are dishonest at best. I can't speak for the service or parts departments, but the buying process goes like this: their claim to fame is firm pricing from day one, with no negotiating. They stick to their guns on this; if you call them out on above market pricing (above KBB for used cars, or above MSRP for new cars) they'll shrug -- all the way up through the various levels of sales managers -- stating pricing is set by Upper Management and there's nothing they can do. Your first call or visit will be pleasant; they'll happily discuss their inventory, their no-negotiating sales process, and maybe even get you a cup of coffee on the house. They might return your phone calls once or twice. When you go to follow up. Then they lose patience; do you want the car or not? There's a lot of interest in these rare vehicles, you know. They keep their inventories small. "We're a small town operation," you'll be told. Every time they get an inquiry about a car, they'll raise the price a few hundred dollars. "Oh yeah, the longer the cars sit there, Management tries to cover their costs by raising the price. Still interested? This one's rare!" they'll quip. Eventually they get a buyer, because their inventory tends to be unique. Don't fall for this -- they're competing against large national sellers like dealerships in bigger cities who will almost always get what you want, for thousands less, and still be willing to sell you a car without this BS, even if you aren't local to them (shoutouts to KC, Naperville, and North Atlanta LR dealerships for this!). We fell for some "unique" inventory they've had twice now; both times, while awaiting photos of the cars to become available because they were supposedly still waiting to receive them, the prices were raised on the website by about $1500. We called back to ask what was up. Dennis nervously explained, "Yes, Management did raise the price. Better hurry before they do it again!" The icing on the cake: if you want to put a hold on a car, say while you await financing, they require a *non-refundable* deposit. What? Another family in the store at the same time as us were chewing out the sales manager because they had put a non-refundable deposit down, and their car was sold out from under them while awaiting financing the *dealership itself* was arranging. (It was easy to overhear this conversation because of the shouting match going on!) That was enough to walk away. As other reviews on here say, drive a few hours to KC, or OKC, or call competitive national dealerships who will be happy to sell and ship you a car. Save yourself from being ripped off, and who knows what else with these folks. This is the kind of dealership that gives the process of buying a car such a bad rep!

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I send in a request for quote on Saturday night via internet. Receive an email from Matthew the salesman on Monday morning, i proceed to try and contact him all day calling 7 times with no response. The next morning i receive an Email from the GM Keith(check in and introducing himself) in which i responded to him and tried to call him 5 times through the day with no response. SO that is 12 times reaching out to them with no response. I call the general line and get to talk to another salesman that than tells me the car is now sold. Tell him what has happened and express my concern for not getting any opportunity on the vehicle. A sales manager than calls me back Derek. Very rude person and bad attitude from the start, has no customer service skills. At one point he even says i am glad i sold it to someone else. Stay away from a bad experience and choose a quality dealer that will respond to each customer.

Outstanding salesman!! Will most definitely be buying our next car from Matthew Burr. Great customer service and attention to detail. Made us feel like family and not a customer.
Very professional and respectful
I worked with Dennis Gettis and he was great to work with. He was respectful of my time and listened to my needs in a vehicle. This is a trying time it’s Covid-19 and I could tell the dealership took it very serious and felt comfortable during the complete process. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Walser Automotive and it won’t be last.

Steve Belise did an excellent job. I purchased this through the Internet and I’m very satisfied with everything. I would recommend this facility For purchase consideration.
We were very satisfied with our buying experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Wichita. Matthew was easy to work with and we love our new Rover. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Matthew Burr was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable about the cars on offer. He is also very persistent without being smarmy.
Very good experience. Only negotiation was on trade value. Matt was very respectful and helpful. No high pressure tactics. Deal went quickly and smooth. Car was immaculate when delivered.
