The team was very professional and patient with my purchase. They answered all my queries and concerns and were very responsive from the get go. I was making the purchase remote and the experience was flawless and smooth. I got all the paperwork completed online and the car delivered to me with no hassles. BMW X3 30.
BMW X3 30. Vehicle was delivered dirty. I had the vehicle paint protection installed, there was a piece of gunk under the hood protection. Nobody seemed to QC the vehicle when it was returned from service as not only the gunk under the protectant, windshield was filthy, the panels on the back of the front seats were discolored (should have been found before delivery). My sales guy was good, but feel there is not the focus needed after the sale.

Dealership is fine. Always clean. Initial staff you see once getting out of your car, prior to going into actual service office, could at least speak and welcome the customer to the dealership.

Kenny was wonderful to work with. He listened to what was most important to me, and then searched and found what I wanted. From testdrive to financing, Kenny was right there explaining it all. Then he went above and beyond to help me understand the MINI Operating console. I'm very happy and appreciate his efforts to get me in the MINI I wanted so much.

I was disappointed that my service wasn't completed in the time quoted. Even though I allowed them an extra day. Austen was, as usual, very professional and caring.

We’ve never enjoyed the car buying process more than we did with Kenny! He’s fully knowledgeable about the vehicles and buying process, but more than that, he’s fun and genuinely enjoyable to just hang with. He’s a fantastic human and he IS why we bought our Mini(s)

Buying from BMW of Wichita was the best car buying
Buying from BMW of Wichita was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. It’s not even close.(and I’m 52 yrs old, so I’ve bought a few). Kenny from the MINI department helped me, even though I was buying a pre-owned BMW and I definately recommend him. They have fair one point of contact is fantastic. At other dealerships it’s super common that everything changes when you talk to the sales manager. Not so here. No haggle, no fuss, unbelievably easy experience (& if you DO have to wait, the top of the line massage chairs help)! Kenny was not only knowledgeable, and unbelievably helpful, but just great to do business with. He even called me personally with updates on his day off. Our family is kinda… a lot… and my kids absolutely loved him too, so it can be a nice family experience. One of their third party repair partners had damaged the glove box while fixing something else. We only saw this on the day I was scheduled to pick it up. Kenny ordered the part and assured me they would contact me to bring the vehicle in to make that right, and they DID follow up promptly. Not all dealerships DO follow up, once you’ve left the lot. Cannot recommend both this dealership and Kenny highly enough. He’s got my business as long as he’s in the business.
