I can’t say enough good things about Walser BMW of

I can’t say enough good things about Walser BMW of Wichita. I took delivery of my 2024 MX6 several weeks ago and couldn’t get the car to pair with my garage door openers. I know how to do this but just couldn’t get it this time. My salesman Jonathan Jacobs offered to help. He drove over 2 hours round trip and got all 3 doors programmed and wouldn’t take any kind of compensation for his time and effort. Thank You! A job well done. Outstanding service.

First off, I must say that Chance Hall is the best

First off, I must say that Chance Hall is the best Service Manager I have ever interacted with at Walser BMW of Wichita!! I have owned a few BMWs and have been going to Walser for 6+ years now for my service appointments. I brought my latest BMW i3 in for it’s yearly service and to get some visual imperfections fixed. The quirkiness of my i3 caused some issues and Chance immediately stepped in being the fine manager he is and got all of the issues taken care of completely. I have had my fair share of interactions with previous Service Advisors and Service Mangers over the years and Chance is by far the best one I have interacted with. He actually cares about the reputation of Walser BMW and he takes pride in the of quality service his team provides. Thanks to Chance, I am 1000% satisfied with Walser and want to thank him for his excellence and coming through for me.

Asked questions about a certain vehicle and pictures

Asked questions about a certain vehicle and pictures other than stock photos. After back and forth with dealer, 2 days later I received video of vehicle. I felt as if I was blown off, my money wasn’t good enough. I ended purchasing a vehicle from a different dealer and website.

Made an appointment a day in advance, drove 2 hours to review a preowned vehicle, it was filthy dirty - couldn’t see via the outside mirrors - was so disgusting I left - would not recommend to anyone

I don't typically take the time to leave a review, but Jesus Carrasco-Rubio went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations when purchasing a new BMW. I am an out of state buyer and he delivered detailed information to assist in making a decision without being able to visit the lot in person. If you are looking for a new BMW you need to reach out to Jesus as he is very responsive and will take great care of you!

Very thorough in their work! 5 star customer service!...

Very thorough in their work! 5 star customer service! Our BMW is a 2009 328i and has 156K on it. It has been a great car, and Walser has been great to work with us on the few problems it has had.

Absolutely poor. Would give 0 stars if I could....

Absolutely poor. Would give 0 stars if I could. Unbelievably mismanaged, rude, and poor customer service. He admitted on the phone to breaking his commitment to me and giving priority to another customer. He was filled with broken promises, and also said as the manager he wasn't aware of all the dealings in his dealership. BMW lost a customer in a big way

I went into the dealership planning of buying a X3 M...

I went into the dealership planning of buying a X3 M competition or just a X3 M. Thankfully they had both in stock and offered me a test drive in the X3 M. Michelle was recommended to me from the Walser Audi dealership. She was super nice and upfront with me on BMW. The M models are not for everyone and I found this out fast. The car was beautiful and FAST. Just to fast. Michelle recommended I try the X3 M40i. I fell in love instantly. It was exactly what I was looking for, and if it had not been for Michelle, I would not have found this out. We built a new one and started the order process. The order took about 6 weeks and I am loving my BMW. Michelle was awesome through the whole process including the final signing of papers. I couldn't be happier. Thank you BMW of Wichita.
