We have always felt pressured at some dealerships. Ken never pressured us. He asked what we were interested in including options and price ranges. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He was very much there for the customer. I would deal with him again. Margaret

Yes we were satisfied with the service, the pricing of Truck. The vehicle is exactly what we were looking for. And my brother was happy to get it of course. Now he doesn'have to worry about getting to work. We were satisfied in every way, except we didn't get a manual for the truck. Other then that everything was good. Thanks Bill.

Dustin Orcutt - our salesman - was very professional and friendly. He was able to get us the best price on the truck we wanted (compared to other dealerships in Massachusetts); had everything ready for us when we stopped by; and the dealership kindly delivered the car to us over two hours away.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Toyota, Ford of Greenfield. I started in the service department with my work van, and all my service was quick, affordable and pleasant. When it came time to add a second work truck I met with Mr. Bodenstein, who was helpful, courteous and available at all times to answer questions and negotiate. Mr. Bryant was also extremely accommodating to me and my family during our shopping experience. I am not easy to deal with because I watch every penny, so the sale took some time and I truly appreciate the patience of these men. I will continue to do business with people like Mr. Bodenstein, Bryant, Pirnardi and Shea.

The gentleman who worked with me was very personable and friendly, but that was about where my positive experience ended. I had heard good things about Toyota of Greenfield, which is why I went there in the first place. I was hoping they wouldn't be the kind of dealership that sees an inexperienced car buyer and takes advantage of them. I was wrong. When I wasn't approved for financing on the used car I was interested in, I stupidly allowed myself to be talked into a lengthy and expensive lease. I should have walked out then and there. On the credit application, I was told to overestimate my monthly income supposedly "only to secure financing." (I've recently been made aware by a lawyer that this is actually a fraudulent practice). When it came time to sign paperwork, everything was rushed, and I left confused. I realize that this is something I never should have gotten involved in without any prior knowledge, however, I have to question the ethics of a company that puts making a sale above the best interest of a customer

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a car at Toyota of Greenfield. I was very impressed by the friendly atmosphere at how the staff was so accomidating and helpful. It is always difficult making a big purchase such as a car but they helped me with any questions that I had while making my decision. Traded in our Saturn for a 2008 Prius. We were greeted in a friendly manner and dealt with in a totally professional manner. There were no pressure tactics and no smarmy typical dealer antics. Strictly above board and professional. The sales associate was Ken Kavanaugh. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He makes dealing with a dealership a pleasure. The financial officer was named Faith. Again, professional and business like. Very comfortable. We had been to a number of Toyota dealerships before this one. We came here because of friends of ours had also had quite positive experiences. We will certainly recommend Greenfield Ford and Toyota.
