Josie was so attentive to all the details of my purchase that she was able to keep me from making a bad choice on a vehicle. Not sure where to start other than I won’t call any names. I bought a 2021 Shelby GT500 and drove 4hrs from South Carolina to pick it up. On the drive home the check engine light came on. Everything looked good so I kept going. The next day I took it to my local ford and they said the car had been modified and wouldn’t touch it. I called Hendrick of Duluth and they informed me they had it checked out and there were definitely no modifications. I took it to a local performance shop and they said the supercharger pulley and a low temperature thermostat had been modified that was causing the check engine light. At this point I had no idea what else had been done but I wasn’t there to purchase a modified car. Hendrick refused to agree even after I sent documentation of it. I told them this was not disclosed to me and I wanted my car back and they basically told me to kick rocks. Never again will I do business there and you should be careful also. They could care less what they sell you and I just spent 480 to fix the problems that with proof they say still never existed. Oh and the light for washer fluid came on too which leads me to believe the car was never inspected in the first place. So, you get a big fat O stars

Wait time met my expectations and I was able to find space to work and setup my laptop and monitor.
