I ABSOLUTELY loved the experience with the service crew. I was expecting for my Jeep to be there a bit longer than it was. LaMonte was extraordinarily kind and a pleasure to work with. If I weren’t moving back home to Texas I would definitely continue to use Rick Hendricks as my service center.

Service was pretty good. Seating lounge was nice and cozy. Will definitely be bringing my truck back in for future service maintenance.

They go out of the way to ensure costumer satisfaction and support you threw the entire process of procurement the staff always reaches out and takes you by the hand and express concern toward the situation some of the fastest sales people I know thanks again I'm looking forward to doing business with yall again love the new 3500..

I went to the express service for an oil change as the last 4 years but this time it took more than 20 minutes to someone receive my Jeep and 10 more minutes to sign the paperwork, ot has been like this the last 3 or 4 times, it’s unacceptable on my opinion.

Aleshia Kincaid & Blake the mechanic are fabulous. Dealership may need to reconsider Parts supplier. My car was at the dealership for 6 weeks due to wrong and/or damaged parts being delivered.
