Great Dealership
This is the only deapship that services my 2005 Chrysler. They do an outstanding job with my vehicle, scheduling the appointments around your work hours for your convenience..they even give courtesy rides back to your house if your vehicle requires multiple days to be worked on..The guys in the service shop almost know me by name I've been there so many times..oil changes, coolant flushes,filter changes..this is the dealership i bring my vehicle to. Because what mechanic wants to go behind someones elses work for corrections..All my repair work is in the system.👍 A-💯 Good job guys!..keep up the great work!! 👍

Peaceful. Faster than last time. Took 6 hours last time
Just getting oil changed and tires rotated. Everybody was nice. Heather was really nice and helpful. She kept me updated on service . Also enjoyed free popcorn and water. 😊

Customer service needs alot of retraining.

Best Jeep Service Dept Ever!!!
Heather handled me 2009 Jeep repairs as if it was her own. I really wish I could give 10 stars!! Heather was very nice and immediately gave we sense that she was not going to overcharge me. She walked me through all the repairs that were needed and why they were needed, line by line. I pulled into get service before work around 8am and I was driving off with a fully repaired car by 4:30 that afternoon. Thank you Heather!! YOU HAVE WON MY BUSINESS FOR THE LIFE OF MY JEEP.

I would recommend that sales person should return the calls and keep posted the status apparently I faced bad experiences to find out when my Jeep will be arriving. No status date all I was told it could be today or tomorrow. Richard was excellent and he told me that Jeep is here and I can pick that in the afternoon. But my sales person never called me to let the cat is here. Not even there to see me when I picked up the Jeep.

Bait Ad Experts
drove an hour to see a truck I'd scheduled appointment to see the day before and a bait and switch for another truck with same features but costing $2,000 more was the first thing to take place. It was the old "we can't find the keys" trick. I wasn't shown the truck I was interested in and wasn't even offered to look at it. All the salesman could think of was to make an extra $2,000 evidently. If it was a case of "lost keys" (and it wasn't) the dealership should have made good on something, due to the unprofessional sales tactics. Do you yourself a favor and buy a vehicle somewhere else like I did.
