Hendrick dealerships are always great very knowledgeable salesman, and all of the other employees that make up the dealership. Troy Dawkins the salesman is the best. Also they have a good service department.

The people here are nice and will try to work with you as much as possible. The time spent waiting for simple repairs to getting a car could be much better. I waited a long time for a simple repair and for a car simply because some representatives were not updating me on things as they were happening. customers time is very valuable so I would recommend all of the staff to consistently check in on your customers and inform them every step of the way with facts.

My service provider heather was extremely upfront and direct with me. She made sure my battery replacement was still covered under warranty. I didnt know that these batteries came with a warranty. She was extremely busy and still professional. Keep up the great work

Drove 3.5 hours to get car. They called 3 times on way down to make sure i as coming. Then when I get there they tell me they sold that car 1 hour earler. No one mentioned this during those 3 phone calls. Then feel like i was pressured into buying a car i didnt want. Called back next day, they said they would call me back, 4 days later havent heard a word.
