Initially, things were great. In December of 2019, we met with Dan M. He was wonderful He worked with us to get us into a new 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. Great car, initially, but basic service started to cost more than your typical new car should cost. 4 years in, the bill is now quite high every time I go there. It seems they are always finding something dangerously wrong with the car. We decided to see if we could do a trade-in for something newer. In 2022, Dan M gave me a great deal. No money down. $500 a month. Respectable Interest Rate. All the terms were spelled out and agreed upon. However, when I sat down with Dan M him to go over everything, a Sakes Manager (pasty dude in a cheap tweed jacket and sporting a beer belly) slipped in and changed everything. Instead of No Money down and $500 a month, it became $1000 per month and $1500 down. He kept me there, stealing Dan's moment, for the better part of five hours and came back with $690 a month and the caveat of, "I'm really gonna need $1500 down." He even said to me "can't you get your husband to open his credit” and "do you have some stock you can sell?" Disgusting. I gave them one last chance this past week. Spoke to disreputable Rhen K who said he would work with me. I gave him my pay stubs, credit information, and showed him I could easily afford the vehicle in question. He kept digging for more, wanted me to get my husband on the loan. I said, I make 75K per year and there is no need for my husband to be on the car. I asked for some basic terms and information before I drove all to way to the dealership--which is in an area that does not respond to kindly to my people. Silence. A Silence as profound as when the whale swallowed Johan. This grotesque had the temerity to ask if I am still coming down so he can see what we can do. He ignored me for a week, but still wants to trap me in a unformattable office and try to force me to accept whatever horrendous terms he and his covetous company want. The car I currently own is in worse shape due to these service issues than any Junker I ever bought. Never buy here. They seem to look at an arbitrary credit score and ignore the fact that the mistakes of the past do not inform one’s present. I wonder if I would have gotten a deal had I not been flying the Rainbow Flag. Just curious.

27 Point Vehicle Inspection Report???
Brought my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. I reported that I wanted my brakes checked due to a rubbing noise I was hearing and was assured that would be done during the multi point inspection. My appointment was the last one of the day so my feeling was they rushed through this so they could be done for the day. When my car was done I received the inspection report and was told my brakes were fine and listed as satisfactory which is over 5mm or 7/32". However, i continued to hear the noise when applying the brakes. I decided to have them checked by another auto shop and was informed that my rear left brake pad was completely gone, metal scraping metal, which had now caused my rotor needing to be replaced. I attempted to contact the service dept via email multiple times with no response. When I called I was told "I'm not sure who gets those emails". I could come in for another brake inspection, which I would have to pay for! Was my oil really changed? Was anything truly checked at all?? Needless to say I will never use this dealership again.

Scammers
Went to test drive an eclipse cross and was told by Steve I could not without giving him my truck keys with no explanation why. My truck is worth more than that car and it was never even part of a “test drive “ for me to give him my keys. This is undoubtedly a Scam they are running. Go somewhere else . Don’t trust them

Amazing experience!
My sales rep Jesse was amazing! He?s most definitely the reason I chose to purchase with Apple Mitsubishi! He was so down to earth, knowledgeable and didn?t make me feel pressured at all. I?ve had experiences in the past where sales reps are very pushy and just want to get you in a vehicle. That?s the total opposite of how Jesse presented. I just felt like he wanted to make sure I was comfortable and getting what I wanted, rather than just putting me in whatever he had at the time. Overall was great working with him!

Service advisor was very condescending. I was charged over $100 without ever signing anything or any explanation before hand. This dealership has lost my business and I will be sure to recommend other dealerships to those I know.
