Do not buy a vehicle from Apple Auto Elkton, I bought two and it has been a terrible experience, in 2018 i Purchased a Chevy Malibu they had told us the vehicle came with auto start, a day after taking the vehicle home we realized the auto start did not work, we called them and they said bring it so we can fix it. they kept my car for week just to tell me it did not have auto start even though they stated it do so. The manager did not want to pay for auto start to be placed in the vehicle and the sales man was willing to pay for an aftermarket auto start out of his own pocket which i found to sad in the managers part, weeks later they agreed to install the proper auto start. i dropped my car off and they kept it for about 3 weeks which was ridiculous. fast forward to august of 2018 we need a vehicle badly and because the sale man that assist us the first time was so pleasant we decided to go back because they said they will work with us. they put us in 2009 dodge journey they said it was great so we asked for a longer warranty and they kept giving us the run around and than said no but the vehicle only had one owner and it has low miles. come April of 2019 the vehicle starts to misfire, i take for an oil change like i always did since i purchased the vehicle on time, they said its fine change the plugs . when i went to do so come to find out the vehicle had blown head gasket. i called them to see if they can fix since i have been doing my oil changes on time and i had barely put 12,000 miles on the car. they said no didn't even offer to help to fix it or nothing, now i have a vehicle i am paying for every month in my drive way because it can afford to fix and have to drive around my 4 boys and wife in 4 door Malibu. they praise to be all about the customers with the no money down and no credit needed just take take advantage of the less fortune it but them in bad vehicles as long as they get they're money nothing else matters. I was referred by apple to contact the general manager in regards to my situation, and it's been a couple weeks and yet to hear anything. Common courtesy would've been to at least respond and tell me there's nothing they could for me. That referral was made on google reviews and I believe it was only to show whom ever is reading the review to fool them into thinking they handle the situation. They didnt they just blocked me from making any more reviews on there so I wouldn't reply back telling them that referral was no good because the general manager ignored it.

Had a great experience and fell in love with my Buick. Mr Dan made it a great experience for me and my son. Another satisfied customer.

My husband and I planned on purchasing one vehicle, but ended up trading in our older car and driving away with two new vehicles. Rhen was awesome! Both vehicles were perfect for our lifestyle and within our budget. Smooth process from start to finish. Now we have peace of mind knowing when we welcome our first child we have safe, affordable transportation.

Greg was great!! I didnt have great credit but he was able to get me into a 2017. Great experience with him from start to finish!!!!

Dan met me at the door , I knew what I wanted going in so was an easy sell because I knew I wanted it and Dan made it happen!!! I had very little time to work with and he worked around MY schedule which was even more awesome, kept in touch with me the whole process I’m glad Dan was my salesman wouldn’t have wanted anyone else he did a great job and I’m very thankful!

Rhen was great to deal with!!! Told him what I needed and loved the first car I drove!!! He worked within my budget- would definitely recommend Apple Auto and Rhen to my friends!!
