My daughter bought a car, and the financing didn't go through, but instead of calling her to bring the car back, they sent a tow truck and took $350 of her down payment for that and then charged her $30 per day that she had the vehicle, so she didn't even get her $1000 that she paid down. It cost her $1000 to have a car for less than three weeks. Don't give them one penny until your financing is approved, because they rip off the most vulnerable people that can't afford to lose that much money for nothing

We bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee limited 4x4 and when it was delivered we had a leak in the driver side tire , the sunroof doesn't work anymore and my back windows don't roll down ,ever since I've got the vehicle I've had nothing but problems and I went there today to see if we could switch it up with another vehicle and she said there was nothing we could do , she tried she claimed well I don't think she could try hard enough and I will not recommend anybody to go there to viles automotive, I am so highly pissed off ,because anything could happen to me or anyone with me the way the tires are, and when the mechanic put the car up on the lift he said there was 4 dry rotted tires how you going to sell a vehicle to someone a vehicle that has four dry rotted tires ,you know I am a grandmother and I take care of people and anything can happen to me in that car and my blinkers don't work properly my windows don't work properly for $17,000 on a vehicle they could have done something better for me or they should have went through it with a fine tooth comb before selling it to us so I'm telling everybody who wants to get a car do not go to viles automotive. Because they sell xxxxty cars and they will not do you right the second week I had it I took it in and I had to pay $100 and some odd dollars to have my PSI switch fixed, she says to me is there anything I can do to make it better yeah you can give me another xxxxing vehicle that's what you could do but no she said she couldn't do anything about it, at first I thought I was going to get a great deal till it came here and I drove it they did not own up to their word if I could have seen and talked to the boss I would have told him everything I'm sorry but that place is not worth going to get a vehicle from I am extremely upset because nobody would do anything to help us. Thanks for nothing viles automotive you're not as great as you think you are.

During the sale the service was outstanding couldn’t ask for any better! Service after the sale pitiful, truck had a prior issue and was promised to be repaired as part of the deal so we went ahead with purchasing the truck, took 5 months to get it fixed and I’m sure still wouldn’t be had I not gone over there trying find out what problem was, and other customers inside, the finance dude saying nothing we can do about it your $9000 upside down in it were not going to help you , manager got involved and truck fixed within 2 weeks ended up having to pay $100 deductible which was wrong because truck had the problem prior to purchasing it , had I went to pick it up I would not have paid it ,

There just out to make a sale no matter what you tell them you can’t make the payment over and over I best they didn’t believe you no Matter what you tell they have no morals

I bought a 09 tahoe from Viles. Every part of the sale went perfectly and I love my new car, they really help you through the process. Guy and Chuck were who I dealt with, both were extremely professional, friendly, and really prided themselves on making the customer happy. The part that blew me away was I took my tahoe back to them just to get a minor button malfunction fixed and they gave me a loaner car. I drove the loaner home and noticed a decent amount of oil leaking, we called them and they thanked us for letting them know so we didn't damage the car further, but not only that they had a mechanic drive to my house more than an hour from their dealership and bring me a new loaner. There are very few ,if any, places out there that would do that. I would definitely recommend them.

I set out looking for a car February 3, 2014... Found a Toyota something or other on one of those fancy websites that pull up the kind of car you want within such and such mile radius.. Chris from Viles Auto gave me a call, said they sold the car I was inquiring about. After talking to Chris for a few minutes, I decided to drive to Viles Auto an hour before their closing time. Drove a couple vehicles, actually drove one home that night.. took it back the next day because I just didn't like it.. the car didn't suit me very well. Ray Viles Jr sat down with me to figure out what I could afford, I told him I liked the white Mazda sitting out on the lot, he put me in it, I drove it home after I stopped by my mechanic's shop.. the car checked out great and I decided I had to have this Zoom Zoom. Ray Viles Jr was a wonderful individual to work with. I signed the papers on my car Friday, February 7, 2014 and it's been, possibly, one of the greatest decisions I have made. I am very skeptical of car salesmen. To me, you never really know what you are getting. I will continue to do business with Viles Auto because they put me in a quality vehicle that I feel safe in. Great group of people to work with!!!
