Great Service

Service Manager was very polite and personal. Made sure I was comfortable during my wait. All other staff welcoming, spoke and made eye contact. Thank you for great staff.

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service, very detailed regarding what services my vehicle needed I would highly recommend this dealership. Nate Gibson was my client advisor and it was a pleasure working with him. I also had a full car detail, which was AMAZING!!!!!

Unbeatable

I am into my fourth vehicle with this dealership, three of which have been BMWs. This service group is consistently over the top good. I challenge anyone to find customer service that is as good as that delivered by service manager Patricia and service consultant Malcolm. Good for Hendricks for identifying such talent!

My first time visiting and will return. Malcolm was a great service advisor. I waited for my car and they provided a comfortable place for me to work while waiting.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service with a touch of effectiveness communications. Kenneth was sympathetic due to me coming in with a problem and making sure they finished the car while I just got out of the hospital at Duke Raleigh and was hurting badly.

Excellent Service

My customer service rep (Carnell) was wonderful. He gave me his honest opinion about what he thought I needed and what I didn’t need at this time. He explained various options to me. In addition, the waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating. I was able to relax and to take care of business when I needed to. I always feel like a VIP when I’m there. Thank you for an excellent experience!
