Well cared for

The service department at Hendricks is five star. From the minute you drive in your five star service begins. Video of your vehicle and walk through with your service tech lets you see and hear what?s happening with the car. Communication is great!!!

Terrific Service

The Hendrick Southpoint BMW dealership continues to excel by being helpful, professional and technically capable. The front desk is always ready to assist. Management will ensure you are treated fairly. Josh Randel is an exceptional representative of the organization who describes and details all the costs as well as the work to be performed. He also keeps you up to date on the inspections, findings and all work done. The dealership is a top notch organization.
