I had an emergency and had my BMW X1 taken to BMW Southpoint for services. The team there did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle in a timely matter. Nate my service rep stayed in constant communication throughout. Very professional staff and excellent facilities.

Took the X3 in for an ac checkup and an alignment.
Took the X3 in for an ac checkup and an alignment. Thorough technicians diagnosed a more serious issue with the ac, fixed it as good as new. New tires and alignment as well as the detail cleaning make the car look and ride super. My service advisor, Harold Harris, manged all aspects of the visit perfectly, including keeping me informed of progress.

Had issue with cooling system. Anthony our service rep jumped right on it and had us taken care of within hours. Great service! The tech did a great job in fixing our issue

I always enjoy working with Jessica and Josh when I stop in with my old M3 (171k and counting!) I was initially hesitant to bring a nearly 30 year old car for service at a dealership, but it's been a really positive experience. Everyone I've met in the service department is really passionate and knowledgeable about these cars.
