Harold was very helpful in identifying other services

Harold was very helpful in identifying other services that could be accomplished at the same time and the video of the car on the rack was pretty cool - helping to identify the need for alignment to help preserve tire life. Since I will be making a long distance drive soon, having these things taken care of gave me peace of mind.

Jessica was my hero this past Saturday, the tire shop the

Jessica was my hero this past Saturday, the tire shop the vehicle last visited didn't return the lock key for the lugs. She was able to get the vehicle in late that day and install the original lugs to help prevent any issues. Shes the person to see for any of your BMW issues!

Joey was very professional and pleasantly chatty while

Joey was very professional and pleasantly chatty while doing the paperwork for the oil change and the inspection. The the waiting room was clean very comfortable with drinks and snacks while waiting. I came in with an appointment for the oil change and inspection and it took little longer than expected but overall it was a great experience.
