TRASH!!!!! They are good on phone Buying a truck...3 months after I bought one the engine blew up... Salesman GERMAN is a fraud. I told him and he said he knows where he can get an engine!!!!! AFTER 3 MONTHS THE ENGINE BLOWS UP!!!!!

car dealer didn't honor the sale price that I saw on the internet. Really disappointed there is no ethic. Buyers beware call first when driving to a dealer.

I live two hours away from Sunset Car Co and they had a hard-to-find minivan I was interested in. I made several calls and emails to German who answered my questions and helped me to make a decision. I'm sorry we were not able to make a deal this time but I very much appreciated German's time and patience while I did my research. Thanks again!

I sent a email about kelly blue book value of the car. I was looking to buy a car cash and I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t over priced. And this was his reply ( Clients like I don’t need, who is trying to dictate to me how to run my business. If you’re so great at this, you should’ve been sitting on my chair and selling cars. I shopped for a very specific Ram 1500 for months. Not only did I find the exact truck I wanted, it was the lowest price on my CarGurus search for its year and model range so I was able to actually buy it cash. I was skeptical paying cash with no warranty, so they offered to have it fully checked by the dealership. Just in them offering that I went ahead and bought it. Truck seems to run great, and I got exactly what I’ve been looking for, at a good price and exactly what I was told via email. Good people here, you get what you see and are told, straight forward business. Wish all dealers were like this.

Ali was unbelievable - I don't even know where to start. He called me back after we left messages for each other and he did EVERYTHING he could to help me make a decision. I am in Arizona and needed help easing my anxiety of buying a vehicle without being able to see and touch it. Ali took additional pictures I requested, I made arrangements for it to be inspected by a local Ford dealer and Ali took the vehicle to the dealership . He assured me that while I went thru this process, the vehicle was mine to buy and that it would not be sold to someone else. The purchasing and signing process was simple and Ali was very helpful when it came time for the auto transport to retrieve the vehicle. I can't say enough about his integrity, attitude, communication skilss, and ability to make me feel like family. I promise I will meet him face to face someday to thank him

I went there to look at the Dodge SRT-4, like the car and felt comfortable with them, easy people to deal with and they have a great selection.

These guys are easy to deal with and very professional. I went there with a list of 5 dealerships to visit for comparison shopping. After talking to these guys especially German Diaz, they were so accommodating to my needs that I decided there is no need to go to the other dealerships in my list and just buy the car from them. Highly recommended and definitely worth going back into for future needs. The CARFAX vehicle history report they showed me made me feel confident about the used car I am buying.

Great customer service and good deal .Will definitely recommend this place to buy. If ur looking for a rare trucks, like Chevrolet Silverado SS or Ford F-150 SVT, that's the place to go. Will go back to buy from them again. Thank you guys.

I don't know how this dealership has any positive reviews. We bought our truck in 2017 and after paying the full price and walking away with it, we noticed an exhaust leak. We took it to a muffler repair shop and found out that 2 of the 4 catalytic converters were missing and have no idea how he smogged it, unless they smogged it before the catalytic converters were removed. Then the 4 wheel drive wasn't working properly. We took it to a transmission shop only to find out that we had about 20 more miles before the whole drivetrain locked up. Of course we don't trust the dealer at this point. We paid out of pocket another 5k plus to repair it properly. My wife left a review on Google and he told her she was ment and needed help We have the receipts to prove the repairs. They sold us a truck and were wrong to blast my wife, just because she wasn't the buyer, I was. Just beware.
