Walk in the other day with my wife just to browse, and we could resist the great deal we were presented. We were giving a few offers to choose from, which all were great. My wife is happy, am so am I. The salesman (Didier Cruz) there was great, bi-lingual and very hospitable. He even called me the day after the purchase to see if everything was alright.

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition from Lorenzo Ford. During my inspection of the SUV I noted several safety issues including lights only in High Beam, window washer fluid pump not working. The Salesman took the SUV to the service department, when the SUV was returned, I was informed all the was fixed. During the drive home the Bright head light indicator came on and I only had bright lights (no dim) and the window washer fluid pump still was not working. 2 days after purchasing the SUV the Check Engine light came on and the truck was dead on the side of the road. I purchased this SUV with cash, the process still took over 4 hours. After the truck breaking down, I emailed Isabella the Sales Assistant. I received a return email Stating “We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you and have a good morning”. Do yourself a favor look for a used car elsewhere. Once the sale is complete they don’t care about you.
