Absolutely horrible. Took two months for them to process...

Absolutely horrible. Took two months for them to process my loan. Called weeks on end leaving multiple messages just for a call back. Finally when I got ahold of another salesman (not mine of course because he stopped returning my calls and text) he was even in shock when he pulled up my account. Thanks to that salesman for getting it done. Worst car buying experience ever.

Great Agency

Manny walked me through the sale and test drive like a friend. He allowed to take the test drive to my mechanic.He found a potential problem and quoted the cost to fix and that was taken into account for the final price.

He was very good on the day i had an appointment i never was told my warranty or services needed he just charged me then he know how to reset the dash on my vehicle so that was a little frustrating another service man knew just what to do sorry didnt get his name

Oil Change

Being on there mailing list I receive their coupons which are great by the way. Guess what there exactly the price that was on the coupons with no extra add on's, on of the few dealers that still has integrity. Mike my service person was very good and stayed in touch as to when the truck would be ready. Great work Lorenzo. Gilbert Hall

Dennis the service person was great. He was absolutely...

Dennis the service person was great. He was absolutely helpful. However, I paid $560 to have something fixed on my wife’s Ford explore. We got two blocks away and it did the exact same thing. So we just paid $550 to basically have them fix something that wasn’t broken. We live all the way down in the Florida Keys and worried we might not make it home the whole time.

Oil change and diagnostics on my transmission

Easy...…. pleasant waiting room, courteous staff. I didn't have to wait very long. Everyone was very accommodating and I was made to feel very welcome. Promise of a loner car for further repair work. Will be back in a week or so for warranty work.
