My salesman Manny, and the finance agent Yasser made this a good transaction and made up for the games played by the sales manager. I have great credit and can buy a truck anywhere. If not for the professionalism of my salesman Manny and the very positive experence with the finance agent Yasser I would have taken my business elsewhere. The sales manager treated me like I was an idiot. In today's age of the internet car buyers are so much more educated in the car buying experience. The Sales manager gave me a price and said he was losing money on the deal, people don't go into business to lose money. After fighting for a fair price and going back and forth with the sales manager we arrived at a price only to go home and look the truck on the Lorenzo web page to show my sons and find the exact truck (verified via vehicle number) thousands less. Needles to say the sales manager was at a lost for words. That being said, Manny and Yasser continue to provide the service and professionalism you showed me. Those two are an asset to your dealership.
